Second, I am the Clinical Educator and am responsible for initial clinical orientation of clinical staff and ongoing and yearly-required training for all staff. Lastly, I am the Administrator of our online repository of policies and forms, which includes chairing the Policy and Forms Committee. Currently Project Manager for a large EMR upgrade, LOINC Mapping and MU2, and Alaris/CareFusion changeover project. Gather appropriate demographic, clinical and financial information related to the transfer. Assure bed availability for transfer patients. 11/07 – 11/09 Memorial Hermann Life Flight Houston, TXFlight Nurse (EC-145)

As part of an RN led team, the Flight RN is responsible for assessment and treatment of the critically ill/injured patient in the pre-hospital settings, as well as during inter-facility transport at this high volume flight service at one of the busiest Level I trauma centers in the country.

04/04-11/07 ARCH Air Medical Service St. Louis, MOFlight RN (BK-117)

Functioned as a Flight RN as part of an RN/EMT-P team that responded to both scene and inter-facility patients. Was responsible for assessment and care or continued care of these patients en-route to tertiary care.

10/02 – 04/04 Coffeyville Regional Med Center Coffeyville, KSRN/House Supervisor

Functioned as the Nursing Supervisor for this 110 bed rural hospital. Duties included, staffing nursing units, on-site Administrator, collaboration with physicians and staff, problem solving and overall responsibility for the hospital. I also worked routinely as a staff nurse in the ER during this time.
