3. ON-SITE

1. Access EXHIBITOR ZONE on gitex.com 2. Enter Username and Password provided to you by My World of Expo via Email. If you fail to receive your log-ins you can email [email protected]

Your company information on the GITEX Plus mobile app will be automatically reflected from the Exhibitor Zone (E-Zone). Please

make sure to fill all mandatory fields such as company logo, company profile, categories, product listing etc.. correctly on the (E-zone) to

ensure all your company information is accurately reflected on the GITEX Plus mobile app.

You will need to:

• Upload Company Logo

• Provide description of company, brands you may represent

• Website and social media handles, etc.

• Select max 5 categories that best represent the products and

technologies you will be showcasing at the event.

3. You will be prompted to enter MANDATORY fields 4. Fill Exhibitor profile and industry & products listing sections to gain

full access to exhibitor zone - important for prospects when

researching their sourcing needs

All exhibitor details mobile app have to be filled on the E-zone as it will be

reflected on all channels including the plication - GITEX Plus

Note : Exhibitors CANNOT edit their profile on the Mobile App, it can only be done on E-zone

Registered exhibitor’s team members (issued badges) will receive an email to activate their account and set password.

Exhibitor List section on the app allows you to filter by and access all events, hall, product category, country

Exhibitor List: Allows attendees to filter all exhibitors by

show, hall, category and country with sorting

set-up a meeting requests

1. Is it a free application?

Yes, it is free, you will be able to download the app from the App Store (IOS) or Play Store (Android) all the

functionalities within the app are also free to use

2. Everyone can download the application to their own mobile? Yes, all registered exhibitors will be able to access and download the app.

3. Everyone who has registered will get notified? Yes, an email notification will be sent to all registered exhibitors.

4. Can a single user login into multiple devices? Yes, there can be multiple users with the same log-in details. There are no such limitations to the number of people using the same log-in credentials.

button on the top right you will receive an email, this email will

have a list of leads all complied in an excel file.

• Downloading leads is also available on the Web App –

gitexplus.com

• Exhibitor Company: can login using their username and

password

• Team members/Visitors/Buyers: can login using their email

and password that they will set with shared activation link

• After signing in → user will land on their personal profiles

• Click Download leads → the system will generate an excel file consisting of all the leads that were scanned during the show.

In this section you will have access to your exhibitor badge.You can enter the halls with this functionality

1. Is there any limitations to how many employees can have the lead scanning tool on their phone?

There are no such limitations, all employees attending will have their own unique logins to the app

2. As it is part of the app, I assume that lead capture will be available to all exhibitor staff that are registered and does it

have the functionality to log questions when a badge is scanned?

Yes, the app will be available to all exhibitors who have registered. You will be able to add notes

on the batch scanning tab. Separate log ins to your colleagues. you can have your own individual notes

3. We want to have barcode scanners on workstation where ppl can scan their barcode to see a demo,

can we have a connection over GITEX app through API to do same functionality as scanning from the app?

Objective is to get some analytics on our workstation’s performance and usability as well as to audience.

The only way to capture leads during GITEX is through the GITEX Plus mobile app. You can use it to scan the badges

of visitors to your booth. The leads can then be downloaded from the desktop. So, unless your demo workstation is

either a mobile phone or tablet, I don’t see how you will be able to scan the QR codes on the badges of visitors. There is

no API connection available for you to link it up directly with your apps.

4. We require an API lead scanner for the team to utilize the mobile phone to scan the visitors to the booth.

There is no such API available. The only method to scan and download leads is via our GITEX Plus mobile app.

external API’s is not allowed for data privacy reasons.

5. What fields do I get to see when leads are exported?

Name, Email, Company, Position, Contact, Country, Region, City, Rating, Notes, Product, Reason

What can you do?

• See the profile of potential matches based on your interest

• By clicking “show my matches” you will be able to see all your potential

matches. By swapping left you are marking that profile as not relevant and by

swapping right you are marking the profile as favorite.

• You can perform different actions with these profiles like favorite, meet,

message and not relevant - using the icons above show my matches

• With your individual log-ins you can network freely and set up meetings with

potential matches

• The admin would be the person who has access to the exhibitor zone – this

person is the primary contact you provided our sales order form

Based on the interest you have selected – this section of the app will show all your recommended exhibitors. In this section you can choose to add to favorite, message and set-up a meeting with those recommended matches

FAQ - NETWORKING

1. Can I download the full visitor list?

You are able to explore the contacts with whom you can connected with prior entering the show through

your lead capture and match making features

2. Will there be one person who can oversee the entire “TeamViewer” contingent? Like me, who can see –

which colleague used it, etc.?

Yes, you will be able to see that. There will be an Admin assigned form your organization who will be able

to assist you

3. If somebody does not come to meeting? How do they get in touch? Is there an option to reschedule?

As it is an offline meeting, you can create a new meeting and schedule a new one

4. If I wish to check someone's else's schedule (who I want to set-up a meeting with) Can I do that?

No, you will not be able to see someone’s else’s schedule but you will not have the option on the

meetings section to book a meeting if the person you are trying to schedule a meeting with has

another confirmed meeting.

• Simply click the icon on the app menu “Book your PCR test” and follow the steps

• Opening dates 16-22 October 2021

• Cost AED 150 (approx. USD 40) – Test results will be available in 24 hours
