BROWN SUGAR SPICE WINGS 2lb chicken wings & drumsticks 1/4c brown sugar/stevia blend 1/2tsp each: paprika, cayenne, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder 1. Rinse and pat dry chicken, then trim off any visible fat 2. Put chicken in a large pot and fill with cold water to cover chicken by 2” 3.Bring water to a boil and let boil for 10min. While boiling, put remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly 4. Set broiler to high with oven rack about 6” from flame. Once chicken is done, remove from water and add to bowl with seasoning mix 5. Stir until all wings are fully coated with marinade 6. Place chicken on a baking sheet and broil for about 6min on each side until skin starts to crisp Serving size: 4-5 wings 295cal/4C/10F/45P
