The Estate offers a beautiful and whimsical setting for your wedding celebrations. Dotted around the 3000 acres of picturesque parkland are three superb venues.

Broughton Hall is a 17th century stately home and dream venue brimming with

tradition, opulence, classic style and comfort.

Utopia, with its own serene walled garden and winding paths, is a striking timber glazed venue.

Eden, offering scenic views across miles rolling hills, is a magnificent contemporary country house.

OUR VENUES: BROUGHTON HALL


Broughton Hall is a special and enchanting setting for your wedding. Situated in the heart of the treasured county of Yorkshire, the Georgian stately home is a complete fairytale venue.

As soon as you drive down the winding road into the Broughton Estate it will take you back to a world gone by. Once inside, the Hall has a wonderful homely and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for the more intimate wedding celebration. Invite your closest family and friends

to enjoy exclusive use of this luxury property set against the tranquil backdrop of the Yorkshire Dales.

Your wedding party can gather for reception drinks in the cosy Red Drawing Room or congregate in the Victorian Conservatory, taking in views across pretty formal gardens.

Broughton Hall can sleep up to 29 overnight guests and offers dining for up to 72 guests. Each of the 15 bedrooms

has been recently re-designed to mirror the historical charm of the Hall’s impressive 900-year heritage.

OUR VENUES: UTOPIA

For a wedding with a difference there is no place like Utopia; with its floor to ceiling glass windows and timber frame it encapsulates country chic in both its appearance and feel.

Anything is possible for your wedding at Utopia, which comes complete with its own private walled garden featuring landscaped rolling hills to mirror the sweeping countryside beyond.

Utopia can seat 80 for the blessing and wedding breakfast and additional guests in the evening.

Its light and open spaces have a natural charm making it an inspiring wedding venue for simple to stylish wedding receptions.

OUR VENUES: EDEN


A large and contemporary 6-bedroomed country cottage, Eden is a little bit of heaven to be enjoyed either for the full day in conjunction with a marquee or as a party house at the end of your very special day.

For indoor celebrations the white walled interior complemented with brightly coloured furniture provides an open plan setting. Numerous double doors open

into the Garden of Eden which features a large hot tub and cosy campfire for when the night really sets in.

Eden sleeps up to 13 guests. This luxury wedding accommodation fits its charming countryside surroundings, each window offering an unrivalled view across a beautiful landscape.

We can hold wedding blessings at all our venues, depending on the package you choose.

The Hall can only be taken exclusively and not on a room by room basis.

The above packages are a general guide, please enquire for longer stays and larger parties.

Premium prices apply May – August for Utopia and Eden bookings. Please enquire for details.

We use an in house catering team for all weddings and celebrations (PDF menu available to download from the website). Catering packages can also be tailor made to your requirements.

The Broughton Hall Estate is on the main A59 only 2.5 miles west of Skipton, with easy access to the motorway network.

When travelling from Skipton, the slip road down to the Business Park is on the left hand side, 200 metres past The Bull Inn.

When travelling from Lancashire, the Business Park is on the right hand side, 2.5 miles before Skipton. Watch for the signs 200 metres before The Bull Inn.

Trains run frequently from Skipton station to all parts of the UK and Leeds/Bradford, Manchester and Liverpool airports are readily accessible by road.

BY ROAD

From M1: Leave at junction 42 onto M62. Join M606 and follow signs for Skipton.

From M6: Leave at junction 29 onto M65 and follow signs for Skipton.

Broughton Hall is located 2 miles to the west of Skipton on the A59.
