The minimum requirements to apply for a department scholarship in the Brooks College of Health is as follows:
Graduates must have completed a minimum of nine credit hours
Undergraduates must have completed a minimum of twelve credit hours

• be enrolled in a physical therapy or athletic training program

• consent to release grades to the University Development and Alumni Engagement Division for reporting to donors
• enroll full time and earn a minimum of 24 credit hours as an undergraduate or 18 credit hours as a graduate by end of each academic year
• maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA at the undergraduate level or 3.0 GPA at the graduate level
• remain in good standing as a student with the University
Baptist Medical Center Nassau Auxiliary Scholarship
Amount: $1,500
Number: 1
• meet admission requirements and be accepted to the University of North Florida
• be an undergraduate full-time or part-time student enrolled in BCH
• reside in Nassau County, Florida
• have a UNF cumulative GPA of at least 3.0
• be selected by a committee chosen by the Dean of BCH
• maintain a UNF cumulative GPA of at least 3.0
• attend the BMC Nassau Auxiliary annual meeting each spring
• comply with all University regulations, rules, and codes of conduct governing students on campus
• consent to release grades to the University Development and Alumni Engagement Division for reporting to donors
• remain in good standing as a student with the University
Betty Bair Lawson Endowed Physical Therapy Fellowship

Health Administration Leadership Institute (HALI) Leadership Award

Debra Doughty – Jason Panides Endowed Memorial Scholarship

• enroll as a full-time senior undergraduate student in the regular prelicensure BSN program each semester and earn a minimum of 25 credits by the end of the academic year, or enroll as a full-time student in the accelerated prelicensure BSN program each semester and earn a minimum of 19 credits by the end of the third and fourth semester

• maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 for the junior and senior years
• comply with all University regulations, rules, and codes of conduct governing students on campus
• consent to release grades to the University Development and Alumni Engagement Division for reporting to donors
• remain in good standing as a student with the University
