Mr. Sunil Agarwal is an AdjunctProfessor for the School of Real
Estate at the RICS School of BuiltEnvironment. He is also theManaging Director of Black OliveVentures Pty Ltd.
Previously, he served as ChiefDevelopment and AcquisitionsOfficer at SARE, a $400 millionreal estate development and fund
management firm. In April 2006,he co-founded the firm, whichfocuses on the value-for-moneysegment in the residential realestate space.

Gulzar is currently a partner in astart-up venture christened Indian
Property Advisors Pvt Ltd (IPAL), aprivate equity (PE) fund, which isplanning to raise an INR 300 croredomestic fund and a USD 250-300million offshore fund. As a part thisventure, Gulzar is responsible foroverseeing the investment strategyand monitoring from a risk andcompliance perspective.
