The ASCOM working group daily engages itself in producing moulds of quality and complex machinery to satisfy our clients’ requirements.The organisation is functional and flexible.The entire group works with the intention of improving the quality of the product, the respect of deadlines and the competitivity.Our technicians boast of considerable experience and technical competence in relation to pressure die-casting and mechanical equipment.

The company counts an organigram of 30 employees + 2 administrators. The ownership carries out all the administrative and organizational duties.The technical office works with the project management method. The project managers whose technical competence is both developmental and realisational, carry out the works with a view towards client satisfaction in collaborations with offices of design partners who are chosen and trustworthy. The ownership continuously monitors the order through a budgeting and economic reporting activity.
The organization is 100% autonomous in the phases of production. The use of outsourced suppliers takes place exclusively in the case of saturation of the internal production capacity and to guarantee the respect of deadlines. * The millers work on two shifts to optimize the saturation of the plants.

The numeric controlled machine park can carry out bi-dimensional mechanical works and works of surfaces which are prevailingly of big dimensions. The works are certified by the 3D dimensional testing. At the end of the production process a certification of the testing carried out is issued.
