Prodotti in silicone:Noti per la loro flessibilità e facilità di in-

stallazione, consentono la soluzione di problemi quali il pericolo di ghiaccio o addensamenti dei fluidi per il freddo nei fusti industriali e nelle tu-bazioni. Sono disponibili resistenze scaldafusto e cavi scaldanti in varie forme e misure, pronti all’uso. Su specifiche del cliente si realizzano resistenze piane in materiale siliconico, anche termostatate, con o senza adesivo su un lato per una facile applicazione.

Resistenze al quarzo:Si realizzano su specifica del cliente. Disponibile quarzo translucido e trasparente.

Resistenze a cartuccia: su specifica cliente, an-che per impieghi gravosi. Disponibili anche di diametro non convenzionale.

Resistenze piane e circolari a fascia :Di ogni forma e tipo, su specifica cliente. Dispo-nibili anche in ceramica per impieghi in alte tem-perature.

Resistenze in filo nudo:Realizzate in spirali di filo di prima qualità, per tutte le applicazioni ad alta ed altissima tempe-ratura.

Accessori:Termostati, termoregolatori digitali, sonde (ter-mocoppie J, K, termoresist. PT100) anche in pozzetto, con testa DIN e per impiego in solu-zioni chimiche particolari. Scatole di protezione, preforate, in kit, attacchi filettati e flange.

Silicon products:Known for their flexibility and simply in-

stallation, allow the solution of problems such as the danger of ice or accumulations of fluid from the cold in industrial drums and piping. Availa-ble drum heaters and heating cables in various shapes and sizes, ready to use. Customer spe-cifications are made silicon material flat heaters, including thermostat, with or without adhesive on one side for easy application.

Quartz heaters:Manufacture to customer specifications. Availa-ble in translucent and transparent quartz.

Cartridge heaters: on customer specification, including heavy-duty, also available with not conventional diameter.

Flat, band and drum heaters:Of all forms and types, to customer specification. Also available in ceramic for use in high tempe-ratures.

RESISTENZE ELETTRICHE CORAZZATE

ELECTRIC HEATERS

Resistenze elettriche corazzate di qual-siasi forma e tipo, per uso industriale e

civile.Resistenze per immersione in liquidi e per secco. Impiego in acqua, oli, sistemi di lavaggio e sgras-saggio, alimentari, catrami e fondami. Riscaldatori per secco (forni statici e ventilati) e per impiego in aria forzata (resistenze alettate e non, inserite singolarmente o in batteria in ca-nali a ventilazione forzata). Possiamo produrre il nostro corazzato in acciaio al carbonio, in inox AISI304, AISI321, AISI316L elettrounito o Senza Saldatura, Incoloy800, Titanio, Rame.Eseguiamo resistenze corazzate dal Ø6mm al Ø16mm fino ad uno sviluppo massimo di 7000mm. Per le resistenze in fusione, possia-mo fornire e sagomare, oltre alla resistenza a disegno, anche la relativa serpentina di raffred-damento, anch’essa sagomata. Eseguiamo resi-stenze e gruppi su flangia o attacco filettato, con protezione dei terminali elettrici IP40, IP55, IP65, IP68 (immersione totale) fino alla ATEX.Le flange possono essere a disegno o standard (UNI, ANSI) in ferro, inox AISI304 o 316. Come Ë possibile intuire, le nostre resitenze corazzate sono impiegate nei più svariati settori dellíindu-stria e nell’impiego civile.

Dagli essiccatoi alle applicazioni in aria forzata, dall’antigelo allíanticondensa,

dal boiler industriale ai bagni galvanici: ogni ti-pologia di resistenza elettrica deve essere scel-ta oltre che in base agli obiettivi di temperatura da raggiungere, anche in base alla compatibilità chimica e fisica con il fluido da trattare, sia esso aria, gas, acque comuni, demineralizzate, oli, idrocarburi, o soluzioni chimiche caratterizzate da composizione, grado di acidità o alcalinità ben precise. Ecco il motivo dell’ampia scelta tra i prodotti Re-dic che spazia da riscaldatori in metallo “comu-ne” - come acciaio al carbonio, inossidabile (304, 316), rame, all’incoloy ed al titanio fino ai riscal-datori espressamente dedicati al settore dei trat-tamenti chimici e galvanici con involucri in pyrex, porcellana, carbonio, teflon etc, da bordo vasca o in immersione totale in centro vasca, con mo-notubi anche con campo termico estraibile e so-stituibile che risolvono l’oneroso problema dello svuotamento delle vasche in caso di sostituzione del riscaldatore.

Realizziamo batterie di resistenze elet-triche, alettate e non, su specifiche

del cliente, a canale, a cassetto, per immersio-ne. Esecuzione in acciaio al carbonio o inox (AISI304, 316) con elementi in acciaio al carbo-nio, inox 304, 316, 316 Senza Saldatura, inco-loy, con alettatura in FeZn o AISI304 nei diametri Ø8/20-10/22-16/34mm. Disponibile ovviamente termostatazione di sicurezza e/o termoregolazio-ne. Custodia terminali con grado di protezione IP40, IP55, IP65 ed a richiesta ATEX. Disponibili inoltre telai per canali a sezione quadra, rettan-golare o circolare.

Scambiatori di calore completi e gruppi di resistenze su flangia per ogni tipo di flui-

do: aria, acqua, gas, olio, vapore, liquidi aggres-sivi, su flange a specifica o standard (UNI, ANSI) mono e multistadio, con settori distanziali pieni o parzializzati per convogliare i flussi (es. scambia-tori), con testa calda o raffreddata. Materiali dispo-nibili per le flange: acciai al carbonio e inox (304, 316) elementi in acciaio al carbonio, AISI304, 321, 316, 316 Senza Saldatura, rame, incoloy800. Custodie con protezioni IP40, IP55, IP65, IP66, ATEX. Serbatoi a richiesta con certificato PED.

Electrical heating elements of any sha-pe and type, for industrial and domestic

use.Immersion heaters for liquids and dry. Use in wa-ter, oils, degreasing and cleaning systems, food, tar and sludge. Heaters for dry (static ovens and ventilation) and for use in forced air (finned or not, heating elements, inserted individually or combined into duct with forced ventilation).We produce our armored heaters in carbon steel, stainless steel AISI304, AISI321, AISI316 elec-trojoined or Seamless, Incoloy800, Titanium, Copper. We perform heaters armored by Ø6mm to Ø16mm up to a maximum development of 7000mm.For the heaters in fusion, we can provide and shape, in addition to the heater to the drawing, also the relative cooling coil, which is also sha-ped.We execute heaters, flange heaters, and groups or thread, with protection of electrical terminals IP40, IP55, IP65, IP68 (total immersion) to ATEX.The flanges may be on custom drawing or stan-dards (UNI, ANSI) in iron, steel 304 or 316.As you can imagine, our armored heaters are used in many different sectors of civil and indu-stry.

From drying to forced air applications, from antifreeze to anticondensation,

from boilers to industrial plating baths: any type of electric heater should be selected not only ac-cording to the objectives of the temperature to reach, even by reference to physical and chemi-cal compatibility with the fluid to be treated, be it air, gas, common water or demineralized, oils, hydrocarbons, or chemical solutions characte-rized by the precise composition and degree of acidity or alkalinity . That’s why the wide choice of Redic products ranging from heaters in “com-mon” metal - such as carbon steel, stainless ste-el (304, 316), copper, titanium and incoloy up the heaters specifically dedicated to the treatment sector chemical and galvanic wraps pyrex, por-celain, carbon, teflon, etc., by the poolside or in total immersion in the center of tank, with mo-notube heaters with removable and replacea-ble thermal core that solve the costly problem of emptying the tanks in case of replacement of heater.

We manufacture duct heaters, with fin-ned or not elements, on customer spe-

cifications, for duct, slide, immersion use. Execu-tion of carbon steel or stainless steel (AISI304, 316) structure with elements in carbon steel, stainless steel AISI304, 316, 316 Seamless, incoloy, with fins made of galvanized iron or 304 with the diameters Ø8/20-10/22-16/34mm. Available naturally thermostatic safety and / or thermoregulation. Case terminal with protection IP40, IP55, IP65 and ATEX on request. Also available frames for ducts with a square, rectan-gular or circular section.

Heat exchangers and complete sets of heaters on flange for all types of fluids:
