Tires are the only point of contact betweenyour motorcycle and the ground,
so looking after their quality and performance is crucial.
CHOOSINGTIRESAlwaysseek professionalguidancewhenfittingtiresthatdonotconformwithyourmotorcycle'soriginaltires.Neveruseatirethatisincorrectlyinf lated,ata speedwhichexceedsitsspeedratingor tocarryaloadthatexceedsits loadindex.Tiresbearingthemarking'NHS'(NotforHighwayService)or 'FORCOM-PETITIONUSE'maynotbeusedonpublichighways.

Others are outside of therider'scontrol e.g.thetypeof ter-ra in (sand, rocks, mud, etc.) andtemperatureand maycallfor theridertoadapthis orherriding styleaccordingly. HANDLINGANDSTORAGEAlways store tires in a ventilated,dry,temperature-controlled place, away from direct sunlight and pro-tected f rom adverse weatherconditions. Keep tires away from chemicals, solvents and hydrocarbons likelyto affect their properties. Keep tires away from sharpobjects that may damage the tire
(metal,wood, etc.).Keeptiresawayfromsourcesof heatandelectrical discharges.
MICHELINBIB-MOUSSEMICHELIN BIB-MOUSSEis inten-ded for off-road competition useonly, andexclusivelyin associationwith MICHELIN tires. We do notrecommendedtheuseof MICHELINBIB-MOUSSE in conjunction withotherbrandsof tire.MICHELINBIB-MOUSSEismarked'NHS'(Notfor HighwayService).Asaconsequence,amotorcycleequip-ped with MICHELIN BIB-MOUSSEmaynotbeusedon publichighways.MICHELINBIB-MOUSSEmust notbestoredforlongperiodsattem-peratures in excess of 30C.Temperatures in excess of 40Cshouldbe avoidedatall times. MICHELIN BIB-MOUSSE has amaximum life expectancy of sixmonthsafteritsinitialfitmenttothemotorcycle.Itslifeexpectancyissigni-ficantlyimpairedbyintensiveuse.
