We are happy to present the Ls 300 PD, a screening plant which can raise your profit in a forever changing business, as it com-bines capacity and versability, quick movements with quick changes of meshes and high operation reliability with low opera-tion costs.

Produce in all weathersEvery detail in the Ls 300 PD is designed to make the production of topsoil profitable, and wet weather will not jeopardise the op-eration. The heavy-duty feeder is wide, enabling an even passage of material, all chutes are steep in order to prevent clinging.

The rooter pulverizes and blends the masses effectively before entering the screen box. The screen has an aggressive stroke that prevents plugging of the meshes and is easily cleansed. The on board conveyors are also wide for easing of the flow.

Offer flexibility to your customersLs 300 PD is easy and economic to transport and to change meshes is also easy and affordable. The set-up time is less than 10 minutes. This means that you will be able to offer flexibility to your customers and supply sorting of small quantities without expensive start-up costs.

Low operating costsTopsoil production is a green business, so a green machine is very suitable. All the Maskin Mekano screening plants are electrically driven as is the Ls 300 PD. This means that the fuel consumption is extremely low and that the risk of leakage of aggressive hydraulic oil is reduced to a minimum. Great for the environment and for your economy.

The reliable and sturdy construction, that spare parts are stocked, and the high second-hand value also contribute to a superior overall economy.

The feederThe feeding unit features a powerful belt feeder and a hopper with a heavy-duty grid. The belt feeder is 1200 mm wide in order to prevent sticky material from clinging in the hopper.

The feedingcycle is even and the capacity span is sufficient regard-less of the quality of the masses. The heavy-duty grid tips 90° (controlled via radio transmitter) for effective cleansing of the bars, the distance between the bars is also adjustable.

The rooterThe beaters (Hardox) are foldable in their attachment to the axle so that they can dodge larger stones. This reduces the wear part

costs and the risk of operation standstills. The rooter can be hy-draulically folded away when sorting material with no need of pre pulverizeing.

The screen STE 1-31The STE 1-31 is a single deck screen, which measures 1.4 x 2.2 m. Cleansing the screenbox and the meshes is easily done, hence the open construction, which is essential when sorting wet or sticky material.

The screen is single axle mechanically controlled with 12 mm stroke and 11˚ incline. The powerful stroke prevents the meshes from plugging. The Ls 300 PD is also fitted with a heavy-duty pre-screen feeding table. All in all the screenbox is in every detail designed to minimize clogging.

The chassisLv 300 PD is mounted on a heavy-duty chassis of welded girders. It is equipped with four sturdy jacking legs that are raised hydrauli-cally so the plant is established for production in a couple of min-utes. The towing device consist of a VBG drawbar eye.

The stockpiling conveyorThe stockpiling conveyor for the fines material is 1200 mm wide and foldable. The height under the drum is 3,0 m. The drummotor has a 320 mm diameter and is gummed so that wet weather will not affect the drive.

The surplus conveyorThe 7 metres long surplus conveyor is 1200 mm wide, folds hy-draulically, and the height under the drum is 1.8 m. The gummed drummotor has a 220 mm diameter.

The electric driveThe Ls 300 PD is equipped with a controll cabinet for all units. In order to save the electric equipment from vibrations during oper-ation the cabinet is placed on separate jacking legs. The hydraulic aggregate services the reject grid, the onboard conveyors and the jacking legs. The onboard diesel generator is of 60 kVA.
