On March 28, 1985, a study plan wasapproved for the programs registered by the M.E.N.

On December 17, 2004, the university receives mentionLUIS LÓPEZ DE MESA to Higher Education and Public Faith,

conferred on Higher Education Institutions that havemade notable e�orts to improve quality.

On November 1, 2006, the university received the LUIS LÓPEZ DE MESAmention for Higher Education and Public Faith.

On August 30, 2002, the Council of Bogotágranted to the university the CivilOrder of Merit JOSÉ ACEVEDO Y GÓMEZat the CRUZ DE ORO degree.
