FuVeX FuVeX comes from the effort, enthusiasm and desire to innovate of people who make
up the company. Our goal is to push the boundaries of the conventional, creating value
for everyone involved in the business cycle, from customers to investors passing
through partners, suppliers and employees.
The experience of people who
work in the construction of FuVeX
range from design and test a flying
platform (AeroQuad project) to the
design and construction of an
underwater and the world's first
autonomous autogyro for various
competitions for the U.S. Navy.
The idea There is a growing need for air transport from place to place (28% in recent years in a
market which was valued at 3,690 million $ in 2013) especially in developing
countries where the infrastructure is poorly developed and there are high levels of
crime. This transport is performed by helicopters but these aircrafts are:
Expensive to operate and maintain (600 € -1000 € cost of operation time).
Complex to operate (€ 19 560 150-hour course to become a pilot).
More unsafe than other aircrafts (over 1,000 times more unsafe than a plane).
Little autonomy and low speed (500 km range and 200 km / h).
Price from 300.000 € to 1.000.000 €

We propose to develop the HeliKar, a new concept of helicopter that has the
following characteristics:
Landing / Vertical Take Off on any flat surface.
Ability to transport two people at 1000 km to 430 km / h (2x a helicopter).
Cheaper to operate thanks to its folding rotors (About 30%).
Even safer thanks to its ballistic parachute even than commercial aircraft.
Certifiable according to the European standard CS-27 (Small Rotorcraft) and
Part-27 American (Normal Helicopters).
€ 240,000 mass production cost.
The idea will be protected by patents.

HeliKar The Imminent Personal Air Transport Vehicle
In this document we present the basics of the HeliKar Project. HeliKar is an vertical take-
off and landing aircraft (on any flat surface), easy to operate, safer and cheaper
than existing aircrafts in the market with similar characteristics.
Can you imagine a safe way to travel anywhere from your doorstep very
quickly, without traffic jams? Can you imagine driving that form of
transport with few extra skills required to have a driver's license?
We do, THE AIRMOBILE HeliKar.
The world is experiencing a technological revolution. In the aviation world, from the UAV to
the new aircraft concepts, everything is changing in the air and space thanks to the immense
progress taking place in the field of electronics. Vehicles that were unimaginable before,
because there were no electronics that make them viable, are now a possibility
The HeliKar is one of those vehicles that will become a reality now.
The HeliKar is a vehicle for personal air transport (PATV), it weighs 600kg and is 7 meters long,
introducing a cutting-edge and innovative transport capacities on the following concepts:
Safety in operation and in case of failure.
Vertical take-off and landing on any flat surface.
Efficiency and cost reduction compared to current aircraft.
Easy to handle.

Systems
Computerized Flight System (CFS):
It is the heart of the aircraft. This system runs the autopilot. The system’s routes are
managed and the sensors are fused.
Power Generation System:
Generates the electricity and thermal energy required for the operation of the aircraft
and its convenient functioning.
Propulsion and Maneuvering System:
Control and generation of thrust and directional control of the aircraft.
Security System:
System is responsible for the safety of the crew and the aircraft in case of failure or
accident.
Communication system:
System engaged to transmit and receive information from ground.
7
Sensor System:
System engaged collecting information of the aircraft, its systems and the
environment.
KEYS FOR SUCCESS In FuVeX we are sure that the HeliKar project represents an unstoppable option, and
we dedicate our time, energy and effort into making it a reality, no matter the
difficulties of the project itself.
WHY ARE WE SO CONVINCED?
HeliKar is a vehicle similar to the helicopter in terms of uses but HeliKar being
safer, simpler and cheaper than the helicopter.
This type of vehicle is unexploited. There are already major companies
engaged in the development of this type of aircraft, but so far none of them
have obtained.
Existing components. We are not going to reinvent the wheel. We will use
existing elements in the market to save development costs.
Current development of electronic systems. In the past, a vehicle like HeliKar
would not have been viable impracticable. All this has changed with the
development of new, affordable and extremely reliable electronic systems.
Initial emphasis on luxury market. This vehicle has a good niche market in the
luxury sector, replacing private transport helicopters.
Aeronautics is one of the most solid and profitable existing markets. While
the cost to enter the sector is high, low competition and the growing interest in
the aerospace world make it an attractive sector
The great social prestige that characterizes the aeronautical sector, attracts
advertising and marketing benefits

Applications HeliKar has a similar performance to the helicopter,
being cheaper, simpler and more secure. Hence, it can
replace the aircraft in many ways:
Civilian personnel Transportation: HeliKar
represents the next step in the civilian transport
helicopters, being much easier to fly, more
affordable and safe.
Monitoring / Control: In surveillance and control
where the safety and maneuverability plays a
fundamental role, HeliKar is the appropriate
response.
Emergency Transportation: In this case, the
vertical take-off and landing as well as the high
speed plays a key role. HeliKar fulfills that
requirement.
Military Sector: From the transport of troops and
equipment to tactical reconnaissance and attack,
latest developments of the vehicle can meet
those needs in a more efficient way than the
helicopter.
The Team The people who form the company, are determined to put our heads and our hearts
to carry out the project.

HeliKar represents the innovative integration of components already used
and certified in the aeronautics world, which makes the process much
easier having only to certify the aircraft itself, no its components. Even the
aircraft itself is similar to a helicopter at normative level. Certification
processes to follow are:
First, Certificado de Aeronavegavilidad Experimental Especial (Spain),
Experimental Aircraft (USA) or similar from another country. This
certification allows the sale of aircrafts to private individuals.
Second, having already demonstrated in the experimental phase the
safety of the aircraft, it would be certified according to the standard CS-27-
Small Helicopters-(Europe) or Part 27 Normal helicopters-(USA) to allow its
use in airspace similar to a civil helicopter of the same weight.
Currently we have not built a prototype that has all the features of the
HeliKar due to lack of funds. However, we have experience with
quadcopters which, with many limitations compared with HeliKar,
provides an insight on its strengths.
Easier to control and less complex than a helicopter.
Simpler: absence of the mechanical complexity that the
helicopter rotor has.
More efficient: The helicopter loses 17% of its power to
compensate the engine torque through the tail rotor. The quadricopter
does not need to compensate because this is already done by the rotors.
Safer: By means of redundancies in the quadricopter, an engine
failure does not involve a catastrophic failure

We will focus on the luxury market in Europe, Latin America and the
United States at the initial price of € 1,000,000 per unit. Our
deadlines are making the first public presentation at Paris Air Show in
June 2015, launching it sell (“off plan”) in early 2016 and get the
European certification in 2017. The project’s priority is to be economically
viable in order to continue developing new technologies. To do this, we studied
two possible ways to generate revenue:
The possibilities of making the project efficient are the following:
Manufacture and market the Helikar alone, receiving income
from sales generated. Exclusive sale of the developments, the
patents and usage to the sector companies.
Production and commercialization alone or strategic
alliances with powerful companies. Sell the development to
another company that will commercialize / will manufacture
the aircraft.
