Its in-memory, scalable, columnar OLAP database is suitable for cloud environments. Briskat is used as a core analytic service on which interactive analytic applications can be built. OUR PRODUCTS & SERVICESOur goal is to replace static, old-fashioned mannequins in shop windows with an intelligent avatar which analyses people passing-by: emotions, gender, age and clothes - attracts their attention and calls them inside, using incrementally improving A.I. The store is the most effective area to engage consumers. It has been proven that almost 80% of purchasing decisions are made just at the point of purchase. However, what are retail shops doing in order to get potential customers inside the store? Old-fashioned static mannequins in shop windows have worked for ages but the future is called Emomime! Emomime is a digital human that lives in show-windows. It lures people inside the shop using advanced cloud-based artificial intelligence. Just “plug&play” and Emomime changes a boring shop window into emotional experiences that convert passers-by into customers!

WHAT MAKES US UNIQUEThe product is based on advanced A.I. algorithms together with a package software solution that does not have any competing business. Emomime not only identifies people passing-by, its algorithms recognise emotions, gender, age and colours of peoples’ clothes and adapt Emomime’s behaviour according to it. Emomime has a growing set of interactive behaviors that convert shop windows into an emotional experience that

is funny, interesting, exciting, lovely, captivating. The cloud-based implementation gives Emomime a capability to learn how to behave more and more efficiently so that people love Emomime and the shop he represents. Emomime needs just one Kinect sensor or a low cost (<€150) camera with a computer, any kind of display and internet connectivity and it is ready to work.

Despite the fact that we have been working on this project for only 6 months we have had a number of successes: 2nd place on Startup Weekend, Winners of Business Idea grant by a Slovak bank, finalists of the University World Cup, presentation for the president of the Slovak Republic and many appearances in national media.
