Only individualscan help themselves, I can sometimes help by opening a few doors.” BK opens doors to its clients finding meaning to their queries through the spirit of enquiry, experimentation, evaluation and self-actualization which can help them transform their existing knowledge to new ways of working, ensuring effective professional development.

MethodologyThe courses include: innovative ideas, interactive/collaborative tasks, role plays, energisers, video presentations, opportunities to review theories and approaches, learning about the latest research, homework articles, reflective journals, individual and group presentations, day books containing relevant articles and many other activities to facilitate the learning process.
