This is also the most effective tool to connect the daily work of individualswith the organization's vision, mission, objectives, and strategy.

Regardless of a big or small business, it isdi�cult to come up with a breakthrough and feasible strategy, but for that strategy to go into work and daily life, not only leadership and management, but also the most ordinary employees, it is even more di�cult. If that problem is not solved, the business will soon

lead to the situation "attempt to climb the ladder, but the ladder is leaning against the wrong wall". �at means, although the members of the team are also working hard for the job, but it does not bring much value to theoverall goals and strategies of the organization.

Understand the challenges and desires ofbusinesses in planning and communicating strategy, PACE Institute of Managementand Balanced Scorecard Vietnam have designed and developed the “Strategy Maps" training program.

�is is a highly interactive program, to help business leaders and managers to understand strategy maps, the importance of strategy maps, know how to plan and map strategy. �ereby it helps the organization's strategy is communicated clearly and go into each individual's daily workat all levels throughout the organization easily (Bring strategy down to earth).
