Roads to be built in concrete or in other new technologies under the 11 Malaysia Plan.2. To emphasize the importance of Alternative Solutions for the construction of concrete pavements.3. To create a Platform for cement and concrete experts to interact, exchange views and ideas, and provide solutions. 4. To establish Networking for cement and concrete practitioners.
