Integrated Systems Europe is the world’s largest AV and systems integration tradeshow attracting a global audience of AV manufacturers, service companies and individuals from the ‘channel’ and end user communities.

The 2018 edition of ISE, the fifteenth anniversary of the exhibition, will be the largest so far. The addition of another new hall in the RAI Amsterdam will ensure that even more exhibitors and attendees will be participating in next year’s show.

ATTENDEE SUMMARYOverall registered attendees to ISE 2017 increased by 11.7 % when compared to the 2016 edition. This figure includes both exhibitor personnel and attendees to the show. Over 40 % who attended were visiting ISE for the first time.

Smart Building ConferenceTaking place on the day before the show, SBC is a full-day conference, which works on a two-track platform to explore the latest in smart home and smart cities. In 2017, almost 400 people attended the conference, which concluded with a standout presentation from award-winning architect Ole Scheeren.

InAVation AwardsThe InAVation Awards, which take place on the evening of the first day of ISE, provides the perfect opportunity for celebrating the finest in AV and systems integration. The awards show also offers those in attendance the chance to unwind and network with industry colleagues in an engaging environment.

Future AV ProfessionalsDeveloping new talent is clearly an important pillar for the industry. The Future AV Professionals Programme at ISE connects students from the AV industry with exhibitors and provides them with insights into how the industry works.

Show Floor TheatresISE’s Show Floor Theatres host presentations from the frontline of the industry. Exhibitors discuss case stud-ies and ground-breaking solutions involving the latest products in themed theatres. ISE 2017 had five Show Floor Theatres, covering Commercial, Residential, Smart Building, Audio and Unified Communications. Over 3,000 people attended 180 sessions in 2017.

SpeakersISE has developed a reputation for world-renowned speakers and presenters. In recent years, the show has welcomed key business leaders like Daniel Lamarre, Michio Kaku and Ole Scheeren. The Opening Address and the Closing Keynote mean the show is bookended by inspirational talks from individuals at the top of their professions.

Digital Signage Summit ISEThe Digital Signage Summit has developed into an inter-national series of conferences, taking place in different continents around the world. ISE 2017 saw the addition of Amsterdam to DSS’s annual schedule, meaning a half-day conference, covering the latest in digital sig-nage and DooH. DSS ISE welcomed over 100 delegates.

M2D NetworkingThe M2D service offered by ISE helps to connect manu-facturers looking for representation in particular parts of world with distributors interested in expanding their offering. Up-to-date information is displayed on screens around the show floor. If a distributor identifies an at-tractive opportunity, they can visit the relevant exhibi-tor and start a discussion that may lead to a long-term business relationship. The show also hosts an M2D Net-working Event, which brings together a concentration of manufacturers and distributors in a social environment.

TrainingLeading industry associations, CEDIA and InfoComm International, bring an extensive range of training and learning sessions to ISE. From industry-recognised certification to quick 20-minute updates, the profes-sional development opportunities from both associa-tions have something to suit everybody’s schedule.

The theatres are categorised into three market segments –Commercial Solutions, Unified Com-munications and Smart Buildings Solutions. Exhibitors can pitch presentations that focus on market insights, case studies and project stories. There is no additional charge for this. The aim is to provide a platform for ex-hibitors to share industry knowledge.

Show IconsThe official ISE 2018 Exhibitor icon informs your cus-tomers that you are part of the largest AV and systems integration show in the world. Exhibitors can use the ISE 2018 Exhibitor icon on print and online materials to help draw attention to their participation in the show.

Sponsors have use of the official ISE 2018 Sponsor icon, which communicates a deep involvement with the show and alignment with all that the show offers.

Exhibitor Back OfficeThe Exhibitor Back Office is the nerve centre of the re-sources and tools available to every exhibitor. It’s where exhibitors upload press releases, access meeting mak-er, sign up and use the M2D tool, and manage any sponsorships that they have.

Route PlannersA favourite of attendees to the show, the ISE Route Plan-ners focus on particular areas of the AV industry and help to guide people around the show floor. Exhibitors have an opportunity to feature in one of five Route Plan-ners: Audio, Building Automation, Communications Col-laboration, Digital Signage and Event Technology.

Press Releases As the show approaches, traffic to the ISE website in-creases significantly, meaning increased exposure to relevant people. Exhibitors can upload their latest news bulletins, in the form of (up to three) press releases, to the ISE website and reach the people that matter.

Online Exhibitor Listing The ISE website is the first port of call for attendees while they are preparing for their visit to the show. Ev-ery exhibitor has an Online Listing that includes their company logo and a company profile. All exhibitors are also included in the Online Floorplan.

ISE Invitation Cards There’s no better way to connect with customers and potential customers than inviting them to ISE 2018 and offering them free registration at the same time. That’s exactly what the ISE Invitation Cards do. Featuring the exhibitor’s unique ISE Invitation Code, the cards can be ordered in advance of the show and used by exhibitors as a customised promotional tool.

NEW FOR 2018:VALUE BASED PRICINGFloor space bookings for ISE 2018 utilise a new pricing policy called Value Based Pricing. The system is designed to be both fair and flexible – to all exhibitors, regardless of the size of their stand. There are two main points to Value Based Pricing.

The cost of your stand per square metre will vary dependent upon its physical position within the 15 halls.

The cost of your stand is also determined by the type of stand that you pur-chase.

Companies exhibiting in premium positions and taking an open stand layout will pay more per square metre then then price charged for a non-premium position with limited open sides. To establish your rate please refer to the floorplan. There you can see yellow, purple and green areas which indicate if a stand is in area A, B, or C.
