views, our ‘gingerbread’ style house was

blessed by Qui Gong Master Li.

It has a plunge pool, sundecks, rain

forest garden and verandas and is the ideal

location to restore and replenish energy.

Yoga, massage and complementary

practices are on offer throughout the

year. We welcome any therapists, life

coaching trainers and their groups to

our home in the tropics.

Group yoga holidays run throughout the year. The centre is run

with empathy and knowledge of the island by hosts Ginny

Plumpton BWY DIP and her Tobagonian husband, Kelly, who open

their home for all to enjoy the special energy the hilltop house

offers. They complement the sessions with classes in local dance

forms, reggae, soca, and salsa.

Close to nature, high in the hills, the practice area and deck

have wonderful panoramic views. Reflexology, Reiki Swedish

massage and Bowen Technique are available by the plunge pool.

Some sessions will include Thai Yoga massage and Chavrutti

Thermal. silk & glass painting and life drawing are on offer

with a minimum of four persons per session.

with marine life, lush vegetation and

rainforests rich in flora and fauna

with pure running waterfalls. The

island is a natural paradise and an

ideal environment for alternative

workshops/retreats, where you can

relax, refresh and replenish body,

Our retreat is situated high in the hills of rural Tobago

with spectacular views of the Caribbean and Atlantic seas.

Atop its own rainforest nature trail with bamboo grove it

is a haven for wildlife and a bird watchers paradise. We

offer a unique experience of Caribbean living in a

traditional style house, surrounded by tropical fruits and

flowers.

Beautiful beaches are only a short drive away. With reef

snorkeling, diving over brain coral with manta rays and

turtles, BBQ's and horse riding on the beach, watersports,

waterfalls, golf, boat and rain forest trips you will always

have plenty to do. In the evenings relax and enjoy

African drumming, dancing to local rhythms and 'liming'

with the locals.
