Welcome to the 2014-2015 KeyBank Broadway Series at PlayhouseSquare!

I am incredibly excited to see so many of our season ticket holders return for another year of Broadway’s best . I am also delighted to welcome all of our new season ticket holders to the family . We work hard to improve our service to you by listening and responding

to the feedback you provide through your emails, phone calls and survey responses . We find your opinions and suggestions invaluable .

This year, we are pleased to announce that we have extended our service hours! Season Ticket Services is now open Monday – Friday from 9:00 a .m . until 9:00 p .m . We recognize that a record number of season ticket holders means more opportunities to serve you better and these extended hours will help us do just that . We also are proud to share new online features, such as the exclusive “My Account” page . There you will find great content updated monthly to showcase the latest Broadway news, PlayhouseSquare ticket offerings, your season ticket holder benefits, seat maps and more . Log in to your PlayhouseSquare account for access to your “My Account” page, or turn to page 7 for log in instructions .

This is my 19th season at PlayhouseSquare, and each year I become more grateful to all of our season ticket holders for coming back year after year and for trusting our staff with your ticketing needs . Our goal remains the same: To provide you with great experiences and memories that stay with you for years to come . Easy Ticket Exchanges

As a season ticket holder, you have the option to exchange your tickets for other dates within the same show if your schedule conflicts .

Requests must be submitted 48 hours prior to the date of the show you wish to exchange . After such time, exchanges can no longer be processed . Do not delay, as exchanges are not available once the date of your originally scheduled performance has passed, and we are unable to offer refunds .

While all efforts are made to exchange your tickets for comparable seating (location and price), it is not always possible, due to limited inventory or when a show sells out . Please know that certain performance dates are priced higher than others, and in this instance you will be required to pay the difference in the cost of the tickets .

Q ›› How do I exchange my tickets?

Mail:When exchanging your tickets by mail, please fill out and submit your exchange voucher and attach your original tickets and parking . All requests for an exchange into a higher priced performance must include your credit card type, number, expiration date, and the 3-digit security code located on the back of the card .

Benefit

Online: Enjoy the 24-hour convenience of exchanging your show tickets online with ZERO fees! Just log into your account at playhousesquare .org/sth to exchange your tickets online . Your new tickets will be sent to you via e-mail in a Print-At-Home (pdf) format . If you do not have your online account set up, please call Season Ticket Services at 216-664-6050 .

In Person: Exchanges may be done in person at the PlayhouseSquare Ticket Office (Monday – Sunday , 11 a .m . – 6 p .m .) . Weekend hours may vary between Memorial Day and Labor Day . During show nights, the Ticket Office remains open through the end of the first intermission . To check hours before you visit, call the Ticket Office Information Line at 216-771-8403 .

Flexible Swap-A-Show® OptionFinalize your “Swap” by November 14, 2014! Our flexible Swap-A-Show® option allows you to trade in your tickets for… • Additional tickets to a title included within your 7-show series • Tickets to another title from a selection of non-series shows (see list

below)

Not all shows are eligible for swap, and this option can only be used one time per season . As with ticket exchanges, there can also be a variance in pricing from show title to show title . Should you choose to swap into a show with a higher ticket price, you will be responsible for the difference . All efforts to accommodate comparable seating and pricing will be made, though not guaranteed .

All 2014-15 KeyBank Broadway Series titles with the exception of PIPPIN are available for Swap . As such, you may trade in your tickets to MOTOWN, Disney’s NEWSIES, IRVING BERLIN’S WHITE CHRISTMAS, DIRTY DANCING, KINKY BOOTS, or Rodgers + Hammerstein’s CINDERELLA for additional tickets to any of those series titles or to a non-series show from the list below .

Q ›› How does a “swap” differ from an “exchange?”

A ›› “Swapping” your tickets means that you are trading tickets from one KeyBank Broadway Series show into another title on the series, or a show chosen from a list of non-series shows . It is a one-time use option and most season ticket holders use it if there is a show they cannot attend due to a scheduling conflict, or one they do not wish to see due to show content . And while PlayhouseSquare does not feel that we should judge for others what is appropriate for them, we provide this benefit so that our guests can make their own choices .

Example: You’ve just returned from New York and saw MOTOWN while there . You may wish to swap your two tickets from MOTOWN for two additional tickets to NEWSIES and bring the kids . Or, see something else entirely, like STOMP .

Remember, the deadline to swap is Friday, November 14, 2014!

“Ticket exchanges” allow you to turn your tickets in for another performance of the same title due to a schedule conflict, illness, etc .Example: Your regular seats for the Broadway Series are on the first Friday night of the engagement, but you need to be out of town for a wedding . You may exchange your tickets from that Friday night to another performance of the same title .

Buzz Pre-Show Talks Enjoy an intimate, behind-the-scenes pre-show talk hosted by “America’s Musical Theater Professor,” Joe Garry, held one hour prior to your curtain time in the Idea Center at PlayhouseSquare .
