lying at Electronics Media Monitoring Centre (EMMC), New Delhi”. The suggestive bill of material (BOM)

and quantities has been given as under:

should be super scribed at the top “Enquiry for Auction of Electronic waste lying at Electronics Media

Monitoring Centre (EMMC), New Delhi” so as to reach us at Broadcast Engineering Consultants India

Ltd., C-56/A17, Sector-62, Noida by 3:00 PM, 05.10.2017.

Quotations reached after scheduled time will not be considered. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder

to ensure that quotations should be reached within the specified time.

2. All Taxes as applicable shall be specified.

3. All Quotations are to remain valid for a period of 3 month from the date of submission.

4. The vendor should bring & use all his tools and other such materials required for the carryout the

works.

5. Vendor must ensure safety precautions as per safety standard as applicable for the work.
