This Issue to be Last Neighborhood Newsletter The Brittni Place Home- owners’ Association will have its Spring Homeowner Meeting on Monday, April 2 7th at 7:00pm, at Ephesus Baptist Church (light snacks will be provided). See page 5 for the planned agenda for this meeting. Please make it a point to attend this bi-annual homeowner meeting, as we will be discussing and voting on community issues that may be of interest to you as a property owner. We will also have a need to fill the vacant trustee position on the Board of Directors, and will take volunteers for con- sideration and vote. The Homeowners Associa- tion Board of Directors is also very ex- cited to an- nounce that we now have a new community website: www.BrittniPlace.co m (not case sensitive). Please check it out and, go- ing forward, use as a refer- ence for community information and announcements of interest to homeowners. Now that our community website, www. Brittni- Place.com, is up and running, all the information and announcements relevant to the Home- owners Association will be posted on this new website. Therefore, this will serve as the last hardcopy newsletter for the neighborhood. Please direct all communication to the new website. We will also be sending out an updated Neighborhood Watch List. If you have an y changes to your per- sonal information, or wish to receive any e- mail correspondence, please submit changes to Brittni_Place@Hotmail. com no later than May 15th.
