Location: Seattle, Washington Situation: The aged, galvanized, hot and cold potable lines experienced pinhole leaks, rusty water and low ow. The leaks occurred in the seniors’ apartments, under the slab. The customersought a long-term solution that would be cost-effective and not inconvenience the residents. A protective coat of epoxy was applied to all of the hot and cold water lines to prevent future problems.
