    Dear Mrs. Carson,

I am highly interested in the Human Resource internship offered at your resort. It has

been my goal to be a member of the Marriott team for as long as I can remember. I

would love an opportunity that provides hands-on work and leadership experience

that will prepare me for the professional world. With my studies in communicationsalong with my organizational and leadership skills I know I will be a great benefit to

    your team.

Currently, I am in my final semester completing my bachelor degree at BrighamYoung University-Idaho. I am obtaining a degree in Communications with anemphasis in Organizational Behaviors. This emphasis has given me an edge in

business and interpersonal skills in an increasingly innovative world.

My college education as well as work experience with different companies haveallowed me to succeed in many aspects, as well as learning from each employer,

    company, mentor, and professor.

Recently I have enjoyed being an Inter-Library Loan Associate at the David O.

McKay Library, enhancing my interpersonal skills by contacting and associating withvarious libraries both nationally and internationally. My library experience has also

extended to customer service. Other experiences range from managing purchaseorders and accounts receivables for a small business to developing class curriculumfor an online university class.

You will be pleased with my motivation to keep things organized and well executed.

You and your associates will greatly benefit from my leadership abilities and

    responsibility.

It would be my pleasure to meet with you for an interview. I am available for aninterview on weekdays from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm. I can also work around your

    schedule.

    Sincerely,

    Brittany Olsen
