If no booking link/code is available, the rates are subject to change, as we do not receive preferential rates.

As rooms at the conference rates are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis it is advised to book as soon as possible.

City TaxSince the beginning of 2014, tourists staying overnight in Berlin are subject to an accommodation tax, the so-called City Tax. Normally the city tax is 5% on the net room rate; however, business travellers are exempt from the city tax.

Conference venueThe conference will take place in the centrally located “bcc Berlin Congress Center GmbH ”, (Alexanderstraße 11, 10178 Berlin). The center is situated in the heart of Berlin-Mitte, next to the Berlin Alexanderplatz.

TransitThe most common forms of public transport are the U-Bahn (Underground train) and the S-Bahn (Rapid city train) which both have stations close to the venue. The S-Bahn stops at the Berlin Alexanderplatz Bahnhof and the U-Bahn stops at the station Alexanderplatz. From there it’s a 5 minute walk to the “bcc Berlin Congress Center”.

S-Bahn stations can be identified by looking for the symbol: and U-Bahn stations by looking for the symbol: It is also possible to reach the conference via bus, depending on where the selected hotel is located.All travel information is represented on apps like Google Maps/Apple Maps, they display possible routes, transportation method that is most accessible and travel time accurately. This can be researched and planned prior to arrival in Berlin.
