    The British Ceramics Biennial:interactive, and family friendly!

    The British Ceramics Biennial returns to Stoke-on-Trent for a third time this autumn -running from September 28th to November 10th.

    Based primarily in the original Spode factory site in Stoke Town, The PotteriesMuseum & Art Gallery, and AirSpace Gallery in the City Centre, it is promising tooffer plenty of opportunities to get creative and have fun with clay.

    Best of all, all of the workshops and activity sessions are free - and have beencarefully designed for families, young people and adults with any level of experiencewith creativity or ceramics. They will also give participants the chance to meet andmake with ceramic artists.

    Soheres the line-up at this years Festival to create new ideas, make art and trytraditional ceramic techniques:

    During the weekend of September 28th/29th and November 9th/10th the original Spodesite will be buzzing with activityincluding special watch and help sessions in aninteractive laboratory.

    THE WALLStretching across the China Hall on the original Spode Factory Site, The Wall willprovide dramatic display space for incoming projects, temporary installations andoutcomes from the BCB Laboratory. A wet clay interactive section will also give allvisitors to the BCB the chance to get clay under their fingernails and leave their markon the wall.
