ContraTherm®
C55 series product
• A syntactic phenolic resin insulation foam coated in a glass reinforced phenolic composite outer layer.• Hand applied to substrate to give maximum flexibility of application.• Can be pre-cast into predetermined shapes for retrofitted doghouse/flange cover service.• Phenolic base guarantees excellent resistance to heat enabling extreme temperature performance ideally suited for HT/HP service.• A rigid thermoset material more suited to static field applications such as Xmas Trees.• Fully qualified to 3000msw (9,840ft) service at 150oC (302oF) service temperature.
Qualified to SWIS JIP (Chevron led), ISO 12736, Total GS EN COR 226 and ExxonMobil GP650801.
• A syntactic silicone resin insulation foam.• Mould applied to substrate to any reasonable shape profile.• Can be pre-cast into predetermined shapes for retrofitted doghouse/flange cover service.• Can be adhesively bonded to other insulation materials (inc. polypropylene).• Silicone base guarantees excellent resistance to heat enabling high temperature performance
ideally suited for HT/HP service.• Fully qualified to 3000msw (9,840ft) service at 150oC (302oF) service temperature.
Qualified to SWIS JIP (Chevron led), ISO 12736, Total GS EN COR 226 and ExxonMobil GP650801.• C25 is probably the most tested and qualified insulation material in the world.
