CONTRACTOR NETWORK Couriers Please Pty Ltd, as an independent entity, co-ordinates courier services and the sale of coupons as a service to a network of separate and independently owned and operated private transport operators, including the Contractor. The logo or phrase “Couriers Please” is only used by the network of separate and independently owned and operated private transport operators, including the Contractor, under an agreement with Couriers Please Pty Ltd and Couriers Please Pty Ltd is not a principal or agent of the network of separate and independently owned and operated private transport operators, or the Contractor.

Some areas are depot pickup only. Contact Couriers Please for details. Please ensure that your parcel is correctly packaged and addressed and please include receiver’s telephone number. Where appropriate please attach an Authority To Leave (ATL) sticker. If the address is unattended this sticker enables the parcel to be left in a secure location without the receiver’s signature and prevents the freight from being returned to sender. Couriers Please does not carry insurance on ATL parcels.

CONDITIONS OF CARTAGE Couriers Please carries all goods at the customer’s risk and subject to the Terms & Conditions of Cartage. You will find the Terms & Conditions of Cartage clearly printed on the front of our invoices and on the cover of the prepaid coupons.

Please ensure that you familiarise yourself with these Terms & Conditions of Cartage before sending any goods.

If you have any questions, Couriers Please Customer Service Operators will be more than happy to help. Freight is subject to cubic conversion of 250kg per cubic metre. 50kg cubic is our maximum cubic capacity. Some country areas have a depot service only.

Prepaid coupons are not transferable. The maximum length of goods for the interstate service is 1.8 metres. Please contact your local office for more details if you require an Interstate Receiver Pays service. Note that we are unable to provide a COD service for Intra/Interstate.

GOODS WE CANNOT CARRY The Couriers Please system is a parcel distribution network. The courier picks up parcels from many customers in their area at the same time, then later sort and distribute them for delivery. To protect all consignments, incompatible freight, which by its very nature may damage other freight, cannot be

carried. Likewise, any freight which may pose a danger of injury to the courier or a member of staff (because it has sharp or jagged edges, is not adequately packaged, or cannot be handled safely) should not be sent. It may not be accepted by the courier for pick up, or may not be able to be delivered within the normal system.

DANGEROUS GOODS Couriers Please does NOT carry dangerous goods, except for allowable quantities of cosmetics and beauty products. Please see contractor for details.

INSURANCE Complimentary insurance is provided up to $1000 per coupon. Please refer to the terms and conditions on your tax invoice.

Authority To Leave (ATL) parcels do not carry insurance cover.

POST OFFICE DELIVERIES Couriers Please is unable to offer any delivery service to Post Office box addresses.
