They wanted to be creative and inspirational, with content that vividly told their brand story, but resources like time, budget, personnel and technology were holding them back. Outsourcing site or content development to a third-party vendor meant content took too long to create, and it was never quite what they had in mind. Once trained on using Creator, the creative team at Vivienne Westwood began to produce the content that had previously been demoted to only existing on their ‘wish list’.
