How To Participate• Sign up for a configuration appointment• Apply/Renew Computer Accounts

• Work with your Supervisor to request computer accounts• Returning students provided with a new password

• Use Service Desk web form to request accounts

• BYOD Configuration Appointment• Scan system for viruses and vulnerabilities• Register your device on our network• Install Virtual Machine Client on your device

What if You Can’t Participate?• Your Supervisor can request a spare system thru the

Service Desk• Divisions and Sections are expected to help provide systems

• Desktop Support will configure the system for you• If there is a backlog of requests loaner systems are available
