Methodology
EVALUATION OF CANDIDATES
To analyze the level of suitability of candidates for the required profile and approved for the
position in issue, our consultants, are unique with extensive experience in evaluation of human
potential, using interviews and selection techniques. The evaluation of candidates may be done
bodily at the office of Brightlink for applicants residing in the city of São Paulo and afar for
professionals living in other places, as we use modern technology of virtual evaluation in order to
ensure the quality of analysis, match candidates schedule and optimize the searching time .
Tests of skills and specific expertise can be done, since they are provided by the customer that
subsidies the test. Group dynamics, situational tests, and proficiency test for English, Spanish,
German and French as well as other professional skills required by the client may be planned
and carried out when so requested.
REFERRAL OF FINALISTS CANDIDATES
For each final candidate it is prepared a complete report, sent via Internet, stating the personal
and professional data, and it will be provided the Personal Analysis Report exclusive of
Brightlink, describing the personal profile of each candidate.
SUPPORT IN DECISION
After the interviews among the finalists and the client company, aiming at a final decision and
advice in formulating the proposal, meetings may be held for completion between the client and
consultants. Additional information about the professional references of the finalists will be
thoroughly checked and compiled in a report.
MONITORING & WARRANTY
In order to ensure an excellent performance of the hired professional, it is carried out monitoring
of their activities during the first six months of the engagement, through consultants contacts
with the client and the professional hired. If a vacancy occurs during this period of occupation, its
replacement is guaranteed without any burden to the client.
