As a leading pharmaceutical company in Hong Kong, Bright Future Group offers employees exciting corporate culture focusing on manpower training and development. The Group have achieved outstanding performance in five aspects - Leading a Learning Culture, Resources Planning, Training and Development System, Performance Management, and Corporate Social Responsibility in Manpower Development.

Our staff are BF’s most valuable asset. Bright Future Group is the most trusted pharmaceutical company. We attribute our growth and success to our more than 6,000 strong multi-cultural workforce. Our culturally diverse workforce bring rich experience across varied skill-sets and backgrounds. At Bright Future, we provides opportunities to enhance employees’ technical and soft skills through continuous training and development programs. This development lays the foundation for corporate growth.

Moreover, Bright Future Group also cares about the employees’ happiness index and their physical and mental health. From the company system, welfare and human care, the employees have a pleasant working environment and good physical and mental condition, which will lead them to create values and grow with the company while enhancing their happiness and responsibility, and making contribution to the society ultimately. Speaking at the ceremony, the Foundation’s President Dr. Edward Chan said, “Through hosting series of seminars, workshops and competitions, the Foundation acts as a facilitator to promote positive values and healthy living, facilitating members and their employees to develop healthy lifestyles and build positive attitudes among the workforce.” BF also took the third place of “The Happiest Workplace” Photo Contest held by the Foundation. ERB launched the "ERB Manpower Developer Award Scheme" in December 2009 to recognise organisations which demonstrate outstanding achievements in manpower training and development as Manpower Developers. Through the Scheme, ERB aims to cultivate a common social value to attach great importance to manpower training and development.

Implemented by the Hong Kong Productivity Council and organised by the Promoting Happiness Index Foundation, the “Happiness-at-Work Promotional Scheme” aims to enhance the recognition of the "Happy Workplace" among Hong Kong enterprises and organisations, and to promote wider participation in happy working environment and improve the happiness of Hong Kong people's work.
