About the School• Punjab School of Economics was established in

1974 with the objective to impart value oriented

education under the stewardship of Prof. K.S. Gill,

a great visionary of National and International

repute.

• The School’s achievements were recognized by the

UGC and SAP was granted to the School in 2004.

• First stage of SAP was completed successfully and

after a thorough evaluation by the UGC Review

Committee, the grant was extended for a second

stage for the period 2009-2014, and for the third

stage (DRS-III) also for the period (2015-20).
