    MANAGEMENT OF BRIDGE AND TUNNEL ROAD SAFETY

    BY THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY

    MINISTER PUBLIC WORKS AND HOUSING

    REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

    Considering:

    a. that in order to improve discipline in the implementation and

    improvement of bridges and tunnels safety, is required particular care to

    the safety of bridges and road tunnels;

    b. that in order to improve the reliability of bridges and tunnels, and to

    accommodate technological developments, is needed the participation of

    experts in the eld of bridge and tunnels;

    c. Based on the considerations referred to in paragraphs a and b, it is

    necessary to stipulate Regulation of the inister of !ublic "or#s and

    $ousing of the Republic of %ndonesia &n Bridge and 'unnel (afetyCommission;
