■ Sealing groove for filling with grease orother suitable compound
■ Closed keyholes
■ Can be fitted with two or four corrosionresistant locking screws (Prefix L) or withtwo or four ‘Lokanlift’ devices (Prefix K)
■ Where frequent access is required forobservation purposes a cover peep-in facility is available (Suffix PI)
■ For installation rigidity the frame has aexternal securing nib
■ Minimum 4.5mm thick chequerplate cover (6mm plate where loading dynamics dictate)
■ Shallow 35mm standard frame is idealwherever rebates have to be kept to a minimum
■ Non-standard sizes can be manufactured
■ Rubber seal can be fitted to inner groove of frame – units so fitted incorporate fourlocking screws (Suffix RS)

■ Centre support welded to one cover element to provide bearing for adjacent cover as well as allowing for unimpeded clear opening
■ For extra stability under load, a continuous base flange is provided as standard
■ The shallow 41mm frame depth is ideal where rebates need to be kept to a minimum

BRISTEEL DEEP FRAME COVERBristeel single seal, deep frame access cover with heavygauge frame. Galvanised to BS EN ISO 1461
■ Raised tread pattern plate cover reinforced as required on underside to meet stated loading
■ Substantial rolled frame section
■ Sealing groove provided within outer and central framing for filling with grease or other suitable compound
■ Chambered keyholes
■ Can be fitted with corrosion resistant locking screws (Prefix L)
■ Non-standard sizes can be manufactured
■ FACTA D (11T) available on request.
BRISTEEL OPTIMUM SEAL COVERBristeel optimum resistance cover and frame. Galvanised to to BS EN ISO 1461
■ Raised tread pattern plate cover reinforced on underside to meet required loading
■ Cover bedded on to continuous rubber seal strip located within the frame and secured by corrosion resistant screws
■ Frame provided with external securing lugs
■ Chambered keyholes
■ Deters ingress of water at atmospheric pressure
■ Non-standard sizes can be manufactured
