Brian is a real estate and business attorney with a focus on litigation. He has been recognized by the Tampa Bay Business Journal, Florida Super Lawyers magazine, Florida Trend magazine, Creative Loafing, and the Tampa Bay Times.

Brian’s clients include owners, associations (Condominium, HOA, and Townhomes), national and regional commercial landlords, investors, businesses, property managers, receivers, trustees, developers, REITs, doctors and other professionals, and municipalities and other government agencies.

Brian regularly advises his clients and represents them in court on issues that arise from the ownership, operation, management, acquisition, leasing, and sale of residential, commercial, and undeveloped property.

Brian has experience working on cases locally, throughout Florida, and with parties or assets across the United States and the globe - including the Bahamas, Brazil, Canada, Greece, Kazakhstan, Mexico, and the Netherlands.

Brian is a 3rd-generation Hillsborough County native with deep ties across the Tampa Bay community. He was appointed by the Hillsborough Aviation Authority to serve on the Metropolitan Planning Organization's advisory committee and by the Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners and Mayor of Tampa to serve on the Tampa Bay Area Regional Transportation Authority advisory committee.
