Warehouse space

• The total area of warehouse – 4100 m² 2013, (8000 m2 – 2014)• The amount of places for pallets – 6800 pcs (12200 pcs – 2014)

Climate control• All rooms are equipped with forced exaust-supply ventilation .

• The equipment provides automatic control of the storage room temperature in the range from 15 to 24 Cº.

Automatic monitoring of storage conditions (temperature and humidity) recording the control results on the server.

Cold rooms

• There are four cold rooms equipped in the stock for storage of the drugs. • Commercial warehouse cold room with an area 34 m² - 36 pallets,

temperature control up to 8 Cº and cold room with an area of 77 m²- 66 pallets, temperature control up to 15 Cº.

• Bonded warehouse cold room with an area 34 m² - 36 pallets, temperature control up to 8 Cº and cold room with an area of 77 m²- 66 pallets, temperature control up to 15 Cº.

• Total 204 pallets

Monitoring of drug storage conditions in cold rooms is made with automatic result registration to a computer database.

Not crossing human flows in the commercial stock.

Created by GDP standards layout of the warehouse allows to differentiate “clean and dirty” zones.

The room of warehouse is equipped with sensors of fire alarms and automatic fire extinguishing system, staff is being instructed.

• Commercial warehouse. «Import for Grivna» Storage and dispensing of medicines for the domestic currency to partners on the order of Manufacturer.

The existence of a medicines manufacturer’s legal entity (LLC) in the territory of Ukraine has the following advantages:

- Ability to form trade stocks in commercial warehouses for a more flexible distribution to customers;- Ability to save money on services of a bonded warehouse;- Reduction in delivery terms from an order date to a date of actual transfer of the ordered medicines to customers;- Ability to interact directly with customers without creating risks to the Representative Office related to its noncommercial status;- Ability to provide a more flexible and operative response to the changing regulatory rules on the market (regulation of extra charges, prices registration, quality control during import, etc.).
