Position: Scaffold Manager / 2010 – 2011

Key Responsibility: Scaffold skills including all kwik-stage scaffolding and ‘tube & clip’

Position: Senior Estimator – Account Manager / 2013 – Current

Key Responsibility: Senior estimator for South East Queensland which incorporates numerous
sub titles of responsibilities - Responsibilities range from initial contact and scope, to
estimating and successful negotiations, from labour and mobilization, through to
completion.
All accounts are micro-managed by myself, promises are delivered and key relationships
are maintained with the highest regards to relationship building.
My relationships and projects with clients range from price driven, to unique and problem
solving, and time restricted - projects commencing and concluding on a 24hour basis.
Since my commencement, office procedures have been improved and structures have been
formed to create a consistent, flowing and successful income of revenue which I have had a

Liaising with Third Parties and Government authorities (such as Queensland Rail and Taxi
Council Queensland) is a regular occurrence and has always been my strong point and assisted
greatly with winning projects.
