STRATEGIC OPERATIONS

Led operations and maintenance of the 1,644 acre Dobbins Air Force Reserve Base including strategic planning, managing $173 million annual budget and implementing organizational re-structuring and change management initiatives: Results include improving performance and capability of the 2,500 member 94th Airlift Wing and transforming it from worse performing Unit in the Command to a top tier performance leader

Created and developed the 440th Airlift Wing’s campus at Pope Air Force Base, which became the largest and newest Associate Airlift Wing in the Air Force Reserve; managed facility selection process, construction and building upgrades: Results include reaching Initial Operational Capacity six months ahead of schedule

Led the Air Forces’ only MC-130 Combat Talon/Combat Shadow Aircraft Special Operations Unit consisting of 500 highly skilled personnel: Results include developing the nation’s premier rapid response force and becoming the only Operations Group in the Air Force Reserve Command to win the Galant Unit Citation

HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

Accountable for managing multi-million dollar budget and providing leadership and oversight of organizational restructuring, HR Programs, personnel management, mentoring and employee development for 1,500 member 908th Airlift Wing; negotiated new labor union agreements, significantly improved organizational moral and improved Equal Opportunity Policies: Results include transforming the 908th Airlift Wing into the best performing Unit in the 22nd Air Force Command leading all other Units in 50% of performance metrics

Led all on-boarding initiatives for the 440th Airlift Wing development initiative, while simultaneously conducting world-wide theater airlift operations on an annual basis

Managed and conducted aircrew training for the 94th Operations Group including establishing flight performance standards, evaluating peace time/war time capabilities and implementing strategic plan to achieve results, while simultaneously conducting world-wide theater airlift operations on an annual basis
