Smart-CutLa SmarT-CuT S/NC 550 OPTIma è un centro di taglio a controllo numerico ad assi interpolati, dotato di testa girevole e banco fisso, che consente di effettuare molteplici lavorazioni che altrimenti richiederebbero più macchine, quali: taglio lastre, sagomatura masselli, scavo masselli, incisioni di scritte, forature..., utilizzando il disco diamantato o i foretti. Dotata di un prelevatore a ventose solleva e sposta i pezzi tagliati per ottimizzare il taglio lastra e muove i pezzi tagliati per poter eseguire i tagli dei rinforzi sul lato di posa della lastra. Il banco è dotato a richiesta di pianale basculante, e nella versione S/NC 550B il banco è dotato di nastro trasportatore motorizzato così da automatizzare le operazioni di carico e scarico.

Smart-Cut S/NC 550 OPtIma is an interpolated axis NC cutting and profiling machining centre. It is equipped with twist head and fixed worktable and is designed to offer multiple machining operations which would otherwise require several different machines. Machining operations include: slab cutting, block profiling, recess machining, engraving, drilling, etc., using a diamond disc or drilling tools. The machine is equipped with a pick-up unit with suction cups used to lift and space out the pieces for cut optimization, and move the pieces in order to work out the engravings for the rods. Upon specific request, the bench can be supplied with a tilt-top. Model S/NC 550B, part of this range of machining centres, comes supplied with a motorized conveyor belt for facilitating workpiece loading and unloading operations.

This mode allows to both load the orders in the machine control unit and preset the quantity of pieces to be produced for each format, therefore it is possible to automatically optimize the utilization of the slab surface.If the machine is equipped with the digital camera, the true image of the slab to be processed is reproduced on the touch-screen, otherwise the slab simplified polygonal shape must be drawn on the touch-screen using the machine editor program,oritmaybeacquiredbythelasertracer.Anypossibleslabdefectdisplayedbythedigital camera or, failing that, traced by the laser tracer, is obviously excluded from the useful cutting area. This type of optimization is possible for both rectangular and polygonal pieces.
