Introduction

• The establishment of Bressan Civils resulted from identifying emerging opportunities within the Telecommunication Sector that proved to be sustainable. Prior to the establishment of Bressan Civils we operated as Value Construction specializing in access roads since 1990 .

Project Management

• We currently manage projects nationally that ranges from full turn key project, to single discipline projects. Project are managed from concept design, execution and sign-off. We are currently managing in excess of 500 new projects per year.

• Our processes are fully geared to effectively overcome the many co-ordination and communication obstacles encountered in projects and includes, optic fiber roll outs and quality control.

• More than 70% of all project are constructed by in house teams, but we have an extensive sub contractor base that can assist in case of large role-out projects.

• All personnel and support personnel are highly trained and highly experienced in all fields of Project Management.

Since Bressan Civils are actively busy constructing full turnkey tower sites, we have the pool of knowledge to maintain these sites as well. We are also the current holders of the MTN site and tower maintenance contract for the MTN Gauteng and Eastern Cape region consisting of more than 5000 sites.

RF Division

RF Installations and Upgrades

Bressan Civils has recently enlarged the company profile by setting up dedicated RF installation teams. Teams are equipped with all tools necessary for the installation of GSM radio installations and upgrades.

Courses completed are the RF installation qualification.

The team leader has vast experience in RF installation and has done installations for Vodacom, MTN and various cellular companies in Africa.

Teams are available for deployment throughout South Africa and will not be limited to regions.

We Locate and Map Underground Utilities –GPS/POWER LOCATING

The industry standard ground penetrating - Radar solution for the designation of subsurface utilities. We can quickly identify and mark the location and depth of service utilities – gas, communications, sewer lines – and other metallic and non-metallic targets including underground storage tanks and PVC pipes. We provide the flexibility to address a wide range of utility applications.
