the pArking FAcility Is desIgned to utilizE the EnErgy gEnErAtEd For And StorEd in ElEctric VEHiclES so thAt EnErgy cAn tHEn bE Sold bAck to tHE locAl grid durIng the PeAk hours of the dAy wIth the orgAnIzAtIon of the SmArt grid. thIs Allows EnErgy to comE From locAl rEnEWAblE SourcES And tHE EmployEES oF tHE buSinESSES WitHin tHoSE toWnS

The Charging Infrastructure

When Parking an Electric Vehicle in the Garage, one would Park as Normal in between the set lines

WheN oNe leaves Their vehicle and is out of the way, the charge sTaTioN is triggered To DesceND from the ceiliNg joint between floor panels, in line with the parking spots. For each

line there are two charge station posts

Once the charge station post has came up into position, one can selecT a time and scheDule aND Walk aWay

While the elecTric vehicle recharges

If one Parks on the roof of the eV Facility, because there is No roof, the charge sTaTioN post is locaTeD iN

the floor

Charging Rules of eV Facility

All EnErgy that is not used to ChArgE ElECtriC VEhiClEs is sold to thE loCAl EnErgy grid

At ‘high PEAk’ hours, thE EnErgy from fully ChArgEd ElECtriC VEhiClEs’ is sold to the loCAl EnErgy grid

for a highEr Profit

The EnErgy gEnErAtEd by the EV fACility is only usEd to ChArgE ElECtriC VEhiClEs when a mAjority of them are

not fully ChArgEd
