Andrew D’Amelio, Honeywell In his current role as Sales Vice President, Andrew is responsible for driving sales growth and strategy across the Americas. D’Amelio has more than 20 years experience leading sales organizations focused on customer satisfaction. Prior to joining Process Solutions, Andrew was the Vice President of Sales, Americas for Honeywell Scanning and Mobility. Having spent 14 years in the automatic identification and data collection (AIDC) industry with Honeywell Scanning and Mobility, Andrew held several key global positions including director of OEM sales, senior director of commercial sales—The Americas, and senior director of worldwide business development. Prior to joining Scanning and Mobility, D’Amelio served as the Vice President of Sales for SL Waber, an electronics manufacturer specializing in power conditioning and power suppression products. D’Amelio graduated from Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering, with a concentration in controls.

Albéric Avisse, Honeywell Albéric is the Global Channel Strategy leader at Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS). In this role, Albéric serves as the link between Marketing Strategy, HPS Sales and Honeywell lines of business teams. He defines channel sales strategy to capture identified growth opportunities, maximize channel footprint and find alternative routes to markets. He also actively participates in other key channel functions such as channel assessment, development, pricing, promotions and events. Prior to joining Honeywell, he has held a variety of international sales, marketing and business development roles, for both global manufacturers and distributors. He has accumulated a wide knowledge of the industrial process industry, particularly the oil and gas space, to become HPS subject matter expert in industrial channel sales and strategy. Truly global, Alberic is located at HPS headquarters in Houston, Texas. Originally from Normandy, France, he spent the last several years in Latin America, Northern Europe, South East Asia and is fluent in French, English and Spanish. Alberic holds a dual Bachelor degree in International Business, one from Reims Business School, France, the other from Universidad de los Americas, Mexico.

Jerry Belanger, Honeywell Jerry Belanger, with Honeywell Process Solutions, is the Vice President of Sales for the Americas. Jerry leads a talented, diverse team of direct sales professionals responsible for our industrial customers. Jerry started his career in the US Millitary in the submarine service. Since then, has over 30 years experience in the automation industry in an array of leadership roles in marketing, sales and operations. Prior to his current role, Jerry led a global sales team, predominately focused on the oil & gas industries. His accomplishments have been acknowledged through multiple awards for excellence; including the Honeywell Premiere Award, President’s Club Awards, and others. Jerry’s passion is working closely with customers to solve real problems in their business. Outside of business, Jerry enjoys flying, golf, and motorcycling.

Thomas J. Burke, OPC Foundation Thomas J. Burke is the OPC Foundation President & Executive Director. He has a master’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Dayton and a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from John Carroll University. Thomas has spent the majority of his career developing hardware and software for industrial automation. He started the OPC Foundation in 1995, and his vision is all about multivendor multiplatform secure reliable interoperability for data / information integration from the smallest level of devices in industrial automation, building automation, home automation, security into the cloud and the enterprise respectively.

Bruce Calder, Honeywell Bruce is the VP and CTO of Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS). In this role, Bruce leads a global product development organization that delivers leading edge automation technology to Honeywell’s customers in the process industries. The technology Bruce is responsible for controls and improves the productivity of some of the world’s largest oil and gas, chemical, paper, mining and pharmaceutical manufacturers. Bruce brought extensive experience in manufacturing automation, software development and business management to Honeywell. He spent 3 years at General Electric in the steel mill automation business followed by 8 years at Motorola in the software development business serving electrical utilities and discrete manufacturing companies. The technology Bruce developed was acquired by Honeywell. Bruce has been with Honeywell for 23 years. He started his Honeywell career in Phoenix, AZ in the R&D organization as Honeywell began creating a next generation Distributed Control System (DCS) after the success of TDC3000. Bruce held various roles in R&D, Product Marketing and Line of Business management within the DCS and Advanced Solutions organizations before taking on the HPS Chief Technology Officer role. He is based in Houston, TX, holds a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto and is a Professional Engineer.

Aneal Deonarinesingh, Plant Solutions Limited Aneal is the Owner and Managing Director of Plant Solutions Limited, a leading industrial technologies and services provider in Trinidad & Tobago. Prior to launching his own business, Aneal led a successful career in the sales and support of Honeywell instrumentation. Aneal holds an Instrumentation Mechanic Craft Certificate from the San Fernando Technical Institute (now University of Trinidad & Tobago) and earlier in his career worked as an Instrument Technician at a number of service contractors in the offshore oil & gas, process and manufacturing industries. He has also participated in extensive technical training including factory certifications in field measurement and in engine controls.

Mike DeLacluyse, Lesman Instruments Mike DeLacluyse has been in the instrumentation industry for more than 29 years, starting at Lesman in 1986. He has held roles as a Salesperson, Marketing Department Leader, and now serves as Lesman President. He is a graduate of University of Illinois Distribution program, has been an active member of the Honeywell Joint Business Council, and is a member of both ISA and MCAA. Mike has grown Lesman over the years to include three operating companies: Lesman, RAECO, and RAECO Rents. Lesman focuses on process instrumentation, valves, and controls. Raeco specializes in analytical measurement instrumentation for environmental, worker health and safety; while Raeco Rents specializes in short-term instrumentation rental.

Lance Fuhr, Honeywell Lance is the HPS Director of Channel Excellence. In this role, Lance is responsible to develop, deliver, and support a growth oriented channel program which will deliver on the HPS channel ready products growth objectives. Lance has been with Honeywell for over 30 years and has held a number of positions of increasing responsibility in the Honeywell industrial automation businesses. Most recently he was the Global Director of Customer and Product support for the HPS products businesses. Prior to that he held a number of positions in service operations, sales and channel management, including the North America Director of Sales.

Lori Gibson, Honeywell Lori has been with Honeywell Process Solutions for 19 years, starting her career in the Supply Chain team and later holding positions in Finance, Purchasing and Product Marketing. She is currently the Marketing Communications Manager for channel partner engagement. Prior to Honeywell, Lori was the director of a Washington, DC area non-profit food bank. Lori earned her BA degree from the University of Virginia and her Masters of Business Administration from the Arizona State University with a concentration in Supply Chain and Project Management. She grew up in 6 different countries and currently resides in beautiful Virginia, USA.

Vimal Kapur, Honeywell Vimal Kapur was appointed President of Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS) in April 2014. He brings 30 years of general management, marketing, and operations experience to the role, 26 of which have been associated with Honeywell. Prior to his current role, Vimal was Vice President and General Manager of Advanced Solutions for HPS, responsible for global business leadership focused on developing and delivering software solutions to the process industries worldwide. He oversaw the integration of the Matrikon business into HPS. Mr. Kapur also served as Vice President for Global Marketing and Strategy for HPS and was responsible for strategy, product management, customer marketing, marketing communication, and business development. Prior to that, Vimal was the Managing Director of Honeywell Automation India Limited (HAIL). At HAIL, he focused on new product development, localization, and growth in adjacent and underserved markets. Prior to joining Avid to expand the company’s operations into the Atlanta market, Scott was a Regional Sales Manager and Business Development Manager for Honeywell Process Solutions. For most of his career, he has been a systems integrator in the process industries including holding technical and leadership roles at GE Automation Services and as a founding partner of Ivan Technologies. Scott’s process industry focus includes chemicals, pulp and paper, power generation and life sciences – both batch and continuous.

Candice Ducharme, Honeywell Candice has been with Honeywell for 8 years. Starting with Matrikon as an entry level sales person, she was instrumental in developing the Matrikon channel program. In her role as the Global Channel Program Manager of MatrikonOPC, she travelled the world bringing on new partners, technical sales training and various marketing activities. Recently, Candice had been moved into a new position of Global Channel Program Manager for Advanced Solutions including the Matrikon portfolio.

Awni Ijarah, Honeywell Awni is the Americas Business Development Leader for the DynAMo suite of Alarm and Operations Management solutions. He has been with Honeywell for over 16 years in a variety of business performance and operational roles. Awni has an extensive knowledge in operator effectiveness, providing the right tools, services and methodologies to allow plants to operate in the safest, most profitable way – maximizing uptime and limiting abnormal situations.

Abhijeet Joshi, Honeywell Abhijeet is a Technical Sales Consultant for Honeywell Process Solutions and is responsible for supporting sales channels for process instruments and modular systems portfolio from technical and business development perspective. He started his career as a commissioning engineer and has worked in various functions involving central marketing, channel management and account management. Abhijeet has undergraduate degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering. He has graduated from Thunderbird School of Global Management, AZ with MBA in Global Management.

Bob Kotoski, Honeywell Bob Kotoski has been a Solutions Consultant for Honeywell for 20 years, the first 10 as a Safety Solutions Consultant for the PAS line of business and the last 10 as a Modular Systems Solutions Consultant. He worked for Triconex Safety Systems as a Project Engineer for 2 years prior to joining Honeywell, and as a Process Control Engineer for 10 years prior to that for Himont (currently Lyondell-Basell). He is based in Houston, TX.

Mark McKee, Wunderlich –Malec Systems Mark McKee has over 25 years’ of experience in Controls and Automation. He has successfully delivered electrical and mechanical projects in a number of markets including Specialty Chemical, Food and Beverage and Industrial Power. His technical experience includes most major suppliers of Control and Instrumentation equipment along with numerous HMI and Advanced Software products. Mark has experience in leading and managing medium to large size projects with teams members based in remote locations and various trade skills. He currently is the Business Unit Manager for the Wunderlich Malec New York office and has a specific focus on successfully delivering projects in the region for Specialty Chemical, Food and Beverage, Life Sciences and Industrial Power markets.

Perry Nordh, Honeywell Perry has been with Honeywell for 26 years in various roles including projects implementation of Profit Suite, as well as product and solution management roles in projects and services, and technology organizations. Prior to joining Honeywell, Perry started out as a process operator while completing a degree in electrical engineering with a minor in computer engineering from the University of Calgary. Perry is a registered Professional Engineer in the Province of Alberta.

Mark Ryan, Honeywell Mark Ryan has been with Honeywell for the past 16 years. Currently he is responsible for multiple hardware and software product lines for Honeywell’s modular systems/process instruments verticals. Mark leads America’s PIMS consultants group supporting sales through channel distribution in the Americas with growth focus in USA, Canada, Mexico, and Latin America.

Lance Bradshaw, Precision Fitting & Gauge Co Lance is with Precision Fitting & Gauge as a Honeywell product specialist for the last 1 year. He has been a SMC branch, regional and national sales manager for 15 years. He also was a Swagelok distributor salesman for 5 years. Lance was a US Army commissioned officer and combat aviation pilot. He has commanded various army aviation organizations, Finished career as instructor at the command and general staff college Ft. Leavenworth , KS. He is a Lieutenant Colonel Retired. Active, Guard and Reserve total 20 yrs.

Thomas Brans, Honeywell Tom is based in Houston and as a Honeywell PMC Technical Solution Consultant he provides technical sales support for pressure, temperature, level, and flow products. Tom grew up in New Orleans where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Physics from Loyola University. His first job was working for Schlumberger as a wireline engineer in the Gulf of Mexico. He joined Honeywell in 1996 and worked in Lake Charles, LA for 4 years selling Field Instruments (pressure and temperature). In 2000, Tom started work with Emerson Process Management selling Pressure, Temperature, Level, and Flow products, went on to become Rosemount Business Development Manager, and then worked as a Regional Sales Manager. After 11 years with Emerson he joined for GE Panametrics to work as a sales manager and in industry marketing before rejoining Honeywell in 2014.

David Galvan, Honeywell David is a native Texan from Houston and studied Computer Science at Lee College. He started his Career at Dupont/Invista in Laporte, Texas In 2001 as the plant E&I Technical Specialist. In 2005 David was promoted to the site DCS Automation Leader for Invista where he maintained and managed various control systems for the site. In 2012 David came to work for Honeywell as a Site Service Specialist for Experion PKS, TDC3000 and Safety Manager. October of 2014 David took the role as the Gulf Coast Field Products Account Manager in the Channel organization. As of October 2015, David is now the Texas Channel Business Manager for HPS/PMC. David enjoys spending time with his family, singing and fiddling around with flux capacitors!

Seetharaman Karthikeyan, Honeywell Seetharaman Karthikeyan (Karthik) is Global Product Manager for Field instruments business. His career spans a variety of sales, channel management, product management and marketing roles in Industrial Automation Space, in the last 18 years that he has been associated with Honeywell. He joined Honeywell in 1998 as Sales Account Manager for Honeywell’s Process Solution business. Over the span of his career at Honeywell he held various regional sales leadership roles across Honeywell’s Process control and Instrumentation business groups.Karthik holds a Degree in Electronics and communication Engineering from Thiagarajar College of Engineering, Madurai and Business Management Diploma from ICFAI, India and a member of ISA. He has completed Six Sigma Greenbelt Certification. He is a Certified Energy Auditor from BEE, Ministry of Power.

David Lamance, Relevant Solutions David Lamance is currently the Director of Sales for the Central South region at Relevant Solutions in Texas. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Business in Marketing from Lamar University. David began his career in 1987 with Wilson Mohr, Inc. and is now with the Instrumentation and Automation division of Relevant Solutions which specializes in industrial distribution and system integration. During his tenure, he held several positions ranging from Inside Sales, Inside Sales Management, Account Manager, Business Development and Regional Sales Management. With over 28 years of experience in instrumentation, controls and automation in servicing a multitude of industries, it has been a great learning experience to provide value added solutions and resolving customer’s issues on a daily basis.

Craig Stafford, Precision Fitting & Gauge Co Craig is a Field Instrument Applications Engineer and a Honeywell product specialist at Precision Fitting and Gauge Company. He has been with Honeywell for 32 years before he joined PF&G 5 years ago. Craig worked at for international customers at the process controls service center and as field engineer for large mainframe computer systems.

Stefano Zambon, Wajax Industrial Components Stefano has been with Wajax Industrial Components for 20 years as an account representative for the Quebec based Petro-Chemical industry, and as a Product Application Specialist supporting the instrumentation efforts in Eastern Canada. Stefano graduated from Vanier College in Montreal, Canada with a Diploma in Instrumentation and Control. His experience includes 15 years at Foxboro Canada as a Project Administration and Account Manager focusing on the pulp and paper industries.
