Equipment Requirements Safety equipment and mouthpieces required in all sparring divisions. Men must wear groin protection. Only foam tipped sparring equipment will be accepted and must completely cover your fingers and toes.

I would like to welcome everyone to the 15th Annual Ocean City Classics. It has been such a pleasure to be hosting the Classics for 15 amazing years. Mr. Miles and I work very hard to bring you one of the most organized tournaments you will attend. Again this year we continue to keep our registration fees the lowest possible, while providing some of the best regional competition and outstanding awards and cash prizes.

On behalf of Southside Jiu Jitsu, I'd like to start off by thanking our gracious host, Mr. Kem Waters, for putting on this tournament, and for allowing me and my team to once again organize and conduct the Jiu Jitsu Divisions. We are proud to be part of such an amazing event and honored to be brought back year after year. I'd also like to thank each and every one of you, the competitors and the spectators, for your undying love and commitment to this sport, and to this event in particular. Every year is more fun than the last, and I'm sure this year will top them all. Another day of fun and sun in beautiful Ocean City, MD!
