Tentative bookingsand cost estimate

If you would like to look at differentoptions for your special day andcompare packages, ask your weddingco-ordinator for a cost estimate. Thiswill outline all your charges, based onminimum or maximum numbers.The cost estimate will be valid for 14days and is usually also combined witha tentative hold for your preferredwedding date, ceremony time andvenue.

Booking your wedding

Once you have decided that you areready to confirm your wedding atBreakFree Grand Pacific resort your co-ordinator will prepare your weddingagreement.

This will be issued via email or postedto you within 14 days to return, signedalong with a 25% deposit of the totalestimated charges. Once received, yourwedding will be confirmed in the resortsystem.

Your wedding co-ordinator will be withyou every step of the way, answering allthe questions you may have prior tobooking and when finalising yourwedding details right up until the timeyou walk into your wedding receptionas Mr and Mrs.
