Its minimal, dreamlike, desolate, and modern.

I love the simple style of pensil drawn illustrations. I think the grayscales really help

to express the miserable urban life routin. The simple drawing and color choice

represent the atmosphre of music well. As the mechanical rythms repeat, the

scenes are repeated. Also as the tension in music grows, the number of men are

increased which made a tension in visual.

Also I like the storyline of a man who lives in a world of shadows and tries to break

    the miserable working life routin.

It is a hand drawn animation. The illustrations are drawn with pencil on paper

and animated with computer. Mostly gray scales with some colors. It is very

simple and use minimal visual languages. The illustrations of the backgrounds

and gures look 20th century modern imagery: the ofce, the coffe machine,

the subway, and the balck suit men with hats. The geometric arrangements and

repetitions of scenes creat rhythms. The duplication of black suit gures creates

    a mechanical movement.

The video starts quietly with footsteps and then the music starts. The music

sounds mordern, rhythmic, tense, and mysterious to me. It reminde me of busy

competitive urban life. The sound repeats and rythmical.

The animation is repetitive and rhythmical. There are lots of replications. Such

as walking gures which line up and walk at the same time mechanically. The

number of gures increases as the music and story tension grows. There is

not much of camera movement, only zoom in which add tention. Mostly the

gures or objects have movement. Figures walk or stop, and elvators going

up and down. There are no big movements in gures or objects or cameras.

Give 3 examples of how form and content are related

The repetition of scenes shows the routin of working life and creates rythms.

As like the music which has subtle changes and repetition, there are no big

movements in camera, objects, and gures.

The mordern minimal style of illustrations in grayscales shows the feelings of urban

miserable working life. Also the color choice create the a cold and depressing

atmosphere. The duplication of gures give mechanical feelings.

Could be typography, camera work, imagery, edit, animation, color palette, sound, anything!
