FABRICS

PRINTING TECHNICSScreenprinting(flat) and (rotary)Screen (fine mesh) is tightly stretched on a rigid frame. Areas non printed are masked.

Then the frame is position on top of the item and ink is put on top of the screen and

pressed through the screen . The masked areas prevent the ink from passing through

Sublimation digital and offsetArtwork is printed to a paper and then transfered. The ink on the paper changes to vapor

and then transfered to the fabric without turning into liquid.

Offset printing (CMYK)Used mainly by commercial printers. It is offset because the ink is not directly pressed

onto the lanayrd, but is distributed form a metal plate to a rubber mat where it is then

set on the lanyards, the 4 colors CMYK are used.

Silicone printingSame technic as screen printing, the ink is replaced by a clear or colored silicone.

Glow in the darkSame technic as screen printing glow in the dark inks (yellow green look)

absorbs and retains light and then glows in darkened conditions

Woven“Weaving” is the textile art in which the threads, including the logo and design are

interlaced witheach other to form the final lanyard

Affordable: polyester thin

Tubular Classic: polyester tube, pressed to give a flat and dense look

Standard Classic: flat polyester used mainly in the Canadian market

Silky polyester: polyester, used mainly in white to produce sublimated lanyards

Double polyester: tight knitted polyester, used mainly for shoe laces

Satin: thin and silky polyester

Woven tubular: polyester threads with logo woven into the fabric. Back is usually

finished the same colour as the front background

Single woven: polyester threads with logo woven into the fabric. Back is the reverse

image of the front

Woven satin: thin silky polyester with logo woven into the fabric

Reflective tape: polyester reacting to the light. The tape is added on a thin polyester.

Reflective borders: reflective threads are knitted on the edges of the lanyard and

react to the light

Eco-friendly fabric: produced with recycled plastic bottles

Biodegradable: made of corn

PVC: lanyard made of PVC

Thick polyester: same look as the affordable but heavier, used for luggage belts

Production: Allow 5 to 18 working days after artwork approval for personalized lanyards,

wrist band, buttons, key tags. Rush orders could be accommodated

depending on availability, extra charges could be applied. Contact us.

Paper proof: Paper proof artwork , description of the order, price, model, colour, shipping

date will be supplied for approval. After reception of approval, the order will be proceeded.

No changes will be authorized.

Return: Stock and non personalized products, can be returned within 10 days of reception.

20% of re-stocking charge will be applied. Please call to get approval on return.

Payment: Pre-payment required on first order. We accept Visa and Master Card.

Artwork: Supplied Black & White. We also accept via mail files saved preferably .EPS, if

not, .AI, .CDR could be send (we work on a pc platform).

Order:To be proceeded, a purchase order has to be received with details.

Production (non personalized products): Non personalized products shown in this

catalogue are shipped, if in stock, the same day (order has to be placed before 2h00 pm,

eastern time). Back orders shipping date will be communicated to you on reception of order.

Shipping: F.O.B. Montreal Quebec. All orders will be shipped via Purolator and billed to

your account. If you want the use of another carrier (collect), please advise us on your

purchase order. We are not responsible for delays due to the transport company.

Shipping third parties: Supply us with packing slips and stickers.

Cancellation: No cancellation will be accepted after order reception (personalized product).

After that date, a written request is required, and any work that has been done will be billed

at an accumulated cost.
