with the following document we would like to provide you with detailed information about

the whole branding process of ABOX42, both hardware and software platforms, with your

brand. ABOX42 designed its STB platform to be easily customized without major lead times

in the production process. The standard package includes a variety of customization options.

In the following document you will find detailed information on, how ABOX42 aligns your

individualized brand to its STBs.

The detailed branding/customization schedule will be mutually agreed between the parties.

The minimum lead time for standard customization is within 10 working days.

Basically, the elements listed below can be branded – meaning they can be adjusted according to your corporate identity, your service or preferred color schemas.

ABOX42 is able to provide you with a one-color logo for both of its platforms (B12 and M12).

CUSTOM ACCESSORY PACKAGES (WI-FI, CABLES, REMOTE CONTROL)It will be defined, which accessories will be part oft he standard product package for the custom project.

CUSTOM QUICK START GUIDE ABOX42 will provide the relevant content for a Quick Start Guide in English language, which contains general safety information, first installation process, settings and update functionalities. Customer provides ABOX42 with the application specific information. Moreover customer provides ABOX42 with a final printable document, which will come as part of the standard custom product package.

SOFTWAREBRANDINGIn general, the elements listed below can be branded – meaning they can be adjusted according to your CI, your service or preferred color schemas.

BOOT LOGO/START-UP SCREEN AND SKINNING OF GUI The bootlogo appears during every booting process. For the „Demo“ firmware, which is included for all Abox42 Demo Devices, it looks like this:

Choose an own image to replace it: JPEG, 3 sizes: Standard: 1280x720, Special: 1280x1024, Small (4:3): 720x576

CUSTOMIZED PORTAL Provide your own dashboard application or customize our standard Abox42 dashboard.

Option A:

Adjusted color schemes and logo (screenshot standard demo portal)

The GUI can also be branded. Here, the tiles, color schema and company logo can be changed according to your needs.

For the background image of the dashboard, please provide an image with the following specifications: JPEG, 1280x720

The color of the system-related default tiles can be changed – please provide a color code (e.g. RGB). In case you want to change the whole tile, a PNG image with the size of 175x175 has to be provided. The tile that will represent your own service has the same specifications.

For GUI colors, please provide a color code (e.g. RGB) as well.To adjust the screensaver, please provide an image with the following specifications: PNG, 213x74 (transparent background). This logo can also be used (also with modifica-tions to it’s appearance) for the company/service logo in the settings app.
