Use this guide as reference when creating any apparel with Herbalife logos.

Herbalife encourages you to use and display the Herbalife trademarks, logos and symbols in your business, provided their use is in compliance with the rules. Use of Herbalife trademarks, including logos, is attributable to Herbalife, and the quality of the materials and the accuracy of the reproduction of trademarks can affect their value.

Displaying Herbalife marks and designs on poor-quality materials, or in a sloppy way, can damage the value and affect the reputation of Herbalife and your Herbalife business, along with the operations of other Members. For this reason, any time that you display Herbalife marks, logos or other properties, you must:

Follow these brand guidelines strictly.

Use high-quality materials (including image files) that are acceptable to industry standards for the kind of item you are branding.

Use only logos and images made available to you to download at MyHerbalife.com. Do not create your own versions of Herbalife brands and logos.

Sell business tools, such as clothing, to other Members at a price no greater than the cost to produce the product being sold.

Meet industry standards for quality when making apparel.

Never use the tri-leaf device on sports or fitness apparel, equipment or other sports garments, and never use the tri-leaf by itself.

DEFINING SPORTS PRODUCTSSports apparel includes uniforms, warm-up gear, socks and shoes suitable for fitness activity or sporting competition, gloves for use in golf, bowling, or other athletic endeavours, and any other apparel that by its design, material, or consumer positioning is intended to use in fitness or sporting activity.

Sports equipment includes balls, nets, sails, paddles, pucks, sticks, bats, weights, mats, and other items intended for use in sporting or fitness activities.

Sport accessories includes items intended for use during fitness or sport activities, such as stopwatches and gym bag.

Ideal Logo SizeThe logo size will depend on the garment size and style of shirt. In general, make sure there is visible space around the logo. If you’re unsure on what size to use, err on the smaller size within these ranges. Specific examples can be found in the appendix of this guide.
