PRIMARY USE

The two-color wordmark is the preferred version and should be used when possible.

SECONDARY USE

When it’s not possible to use a colored logo, a white logo placed on a brand color is the preferred use.

SPECIAL CASES

In special circumstances, using a colored logo on a black background or a black logo on a white background is acceptable. This usage should be limited and approved by the marketing team.

CLEAR SPACE

PROPER USAGE

MINIMUM SIZE 1-INCH WIDE

“Clear space” is the protected area around the logo that maximizes impact and visibility. Keep this space free of all other graphics and text, including other logos. It is also the minimum distance the logo can be from the edges of an electronic document or printed piece.

INCORRECT USAGE

1. Do not reconfigure the words within the wordmark.

2. Do not alter the proportions of the wordmark.

3. Do not reproduce the wordmark in a tint or screen.

4. Do not recreate the wordmark in another typeface.

5. Do not reproduce in greyscale. In cases where printing is limited to black and white, set the wordmark in 100% black.

6. Do not alter the wordmark’s colors.

7. Do not use the wordmark within running text. The appropriate written form is “CoverMyMeds.”

COBRANDING

SAMPLE USAGE

APPROVAL

Cobranding allows CoverMyMeds to showcase our valued partner relationships. Various considerations have been made to ensure both the CoverMyMeds brand and our partners’ brand are displayed appropriately.

Typically, one brand or the other is primary. This is often determined by which partner team is creating and distributing the piece, or which brand is better known to the target audience. Either CoverMyMeds or the partner can be the primary brand; however, beyond logos, we do not mix brand elements. For example, we would not use the CoverMyMeds colors with another brand’s fonts.

The placement of logos often communicates the primary brand. When cobranding a piece, the primary brand is traditionally on the left or on top with the partner logo on the right or on the bottom.

When featuring the CoverMyMeds wordmark with partner logos, ensure all logos have the same visual size and are center-aligned along the vertical and horizontal axis.

Use the two-color logo whenever possible.

For horizontal lockups, use a 1px gray vertical line as a visual divider between the logos.

SAMPLE USAGE In most cases, orange is used as the dominant color and magenta or grey is used for minimal accents. If magenta is the dominant color, orange or grey can be used for minimal accents. A secondary color can be used as the dominant color in special cases where additional differentiation from other elements or business verticals is necessary.

When crafting messaging, be sure to deliver a strong sense of knowledge using correct medical

terminology, spelling, punctuation, grammar and context.

Be mindful of who you are addressing and alter tone accordingly. If the audience you’re speaking to is

recruiting or culture-related, a friendly and fun tone can be used; whereas addressing the health care IT

industry, a more professional tone should be used.

INDUSTRY CONTENT

EXAMPLEPrior authorization (PA) is the formulary management process of requiring pre-approval for certain prescribed medications. Historically, the PA process takes the form of paper, faxes and phone calls between medical practices, pharmacies and insurance companies.
