A display honoring the Class of *12 will soon be placed in the archives case located near the bowling alley in the Memorial Student Center, according to Ernest Langford, archivist of A&M Archives on the third floor of Cushing Memorial Library.

The college and the Former Students Association, joint sponsors of the A&M Archives, appointed him archivist in 1957.

Showmanship Entries Completed
Entry books for the Little Southwestern Showmanship Contest were closed last week.
The contest, set for May, will be an evaluation of the showman, who will be judged on the way he has prepared his animal for the show and his ability to show the animal in the ring.
The animals will be drawn for this week and the contestants will start trimming and training them to show immediately. Many of the country’s best showmen will be competing in the contest.
